ECONOSPECT is an independently owned and operated company which has no affiliation with realtors, banks or contractors although we may be recommended to you by one. Our thorough inspections include a computer generated Home Inspection Report that is easy to read and understand. Digital photos are included for your convienience. Reports are prepared within 24 hours of inspection and delivered to you via e-​mail. Use the report to help negotiate your purchase as well as a guide for future repairs.

Inspection reports will include a comprehensive examination of the home’s roofing system, attic, interior and exterior components as well as the integrity of the foundation and structure. We will evaluate and report on deficiencies within the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems. A thorough search for termites, pests and wood destroying organisms will be performed and a Wood Destroying Organisms Report will be included free of charge.
