Let me start by saying that the website for the bowling alley is very misleading of the facility and was nothing like what I had imagined. I was very disappointed with the service provided for our party Saturday night. The bowling alley itself was old and dingy, with ripped seating and not attractive as in the advertisement. We arrived on time and the $ 100 lounge room was dark and cold, totally not what I pictured at all nor worth the money paid. The balloons looked as if they were left over from a toddlers party and there was no welcome sign no where to be found as you had mentioned. The food presentation looked nothing at all like your advertisement. The food was room temperature, the buffalo wings were over cooked and the fries were cold and wilted. I asked them to at least to replace the cold fries, which they did. There was only one girl running all the parties that night, plus bartending. She tried her best trying to accommodate us being short staffed and all. After that, they set us up for bowling. Our names were not listed or prepared as you mentioned when you asked for the names in my party and half way through our bowling session, we were inconveniently moved over to another lane to accommodate another party that complained that we were in their way. The lanes also shut down on us before we can finish our games. I upset with myself for not going to the facility prior to booking. I paid a lot of money to show my staff how much they are appreciated and this was quite embarrassing to say the least. I believe I should be reimbursed for a portion of the money paid.

If I could give a place negative stars I would, this hole deserves two thumbs down. I’ve been a few times and this just definitely put a good stamp on me not returning. Online it states they accept all competitors coupons, so I found a LOCAL competitor and called to verify if they would accept the coupon. The employee who answered the phone was so rude for absolutely nothing when all I said was «it states online that you guys accept All Competitors coupons do you accept this one from AMF ?» The employee replies we aren’t not amf and hangs up the phone. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Inside the establishment isn’t much better. Very cheap renovations done, it feels like everything inside is coated in a layer of grease. The bathrooms are NASTY! Oh and if you wanna get a drink it takes about 20 minutes to get a pitcher of beer especially if it wanna pay with a card. Wouldn’t recommend. Waste of my time and my business.

Go to Rockville Centre!!! this place is a rip off. $ 100 for 2 games, not including shoes. If you go at 9, they’ll tell you the special starts at 10. If you go at 10 they’ll tell you the special starts at 11. The food is crazy expensive as well, a sampler platter advertised to feed 6 is tiny and $ 32. Shoes are falling apart and no balls to choose from. The couches have questionable stains.

Ok place, nothing to brag about. Seems okay/​Nothing special just your basic bowling alley!

This used to be a decent place to bowl. The lane malfunctions are a complete turn off. You hit a couple of pins then the computer says you bowled a strike/​spare. Service is mediocre at best. Its poor quality and maintenance. No thanks.

You get what you pay for… that simple!!!

This place has come a long way from what it once was. It’s been remodeled, and re-​staffed, and is now a great place to bowl. The lanes have been resurfaced, giving novice and advanced bowlers a more consistent, competitive shot. The staff is now professional and courteous! Overall, it’s now a very enjoyable experience!

If there were NO stars that’s what this dump would get! I got a email today a month after a $ 600 party I had. Looking for a $ 30 balance that I paid while I was there that night… Here was my email back to Brenda the owner… Please keep in mind that I am from out of state as she knew (convenient) and I had no clue what this place was like… BE AWARE this place is a SCAM!

I don’t know if this email was sent in error… I sure hope hope so… However. Just to start I paid this balance the night of the «so called party» I had!
I had all intentions of letting you know just how HORRIBLE my experience was, but time passed and then I was devastated by the storm and lost my home… I was letting this go but because of the nerve of you to send a bill a month later I will tell you just what I think since CLEARLY you don’t even follow up with your staff to see how events go.
First and foremost how do you as a business woman put pictures online of another location (if they are even real) and deceive people? You TOLD me those were picture of the location I was booking…
We get there. NO balloons like promised NOTHING on any screens saying Happy Birthday. Your venue is a trash dump again NOTHING like the pictures you show on your website! It was like we were walking into a funeral! THANK GOD I didn’t pay $ 100 to rent your «lounge» that was a gross run down room with a nasty old table and ripped chairs from the 80’s!!!
The lanes didn’t even work and we couldn’t even start to bowl until a HOUR after we were there! 100% RIDICULOUS! Then just as we finally got started we were getting screamed at by a group of classy people that apparently have these lanes booked every Friday. Do you even know what goes on at your place of business? By the way that was fun. (especially for my kids) The Pizza came at 8pm just as my party was «over» OH and it was 1 slice per person not 2!!! Ya know I can go on and on but this really isn’t even worth my time!
The ONLY and i mean ONLY thing that was pleasant was your manager and the waitress just apologizing over and over on the behalf of YOUR disgusting establishment!
I SHOULD SEND YOU A BILL! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

This is probably my least favorite alley on Long Island. Their attempt to be like other higher end alleys (with leather couches, full menu, special bowling events) fails miserably. The staff is unfriendly, the alley is a bit run down and difficult to find if you’re not from the area, and the food is blah.

This place is in need of a major renovation both in terms of facilities and staff. Everything is outdated and filthy. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. I went there only once lured by their website, but never again.

This Place SUCKS! Run away dont go inside! Let me start off my review by saying the staff is the nastiest i have met in a so called «Family friendly bowling center». The place looks filthy, hence there is a stop work order on the front door. The staff members are either ignoring you or disrespecting you, you pick which one you rather. They are also greedy and inconsiderate. They claimed to be holding a tournament for a large grand prize, yet they didn’t shut down the place exclusively for the tournament and insult and yell at the other customers to quiet down and dont take pictures of their kids because the tournament is in session. Please Go To Masapequa Bowling Center you will have a better experience and a friendly staff!
