I purchased 6 umbrella stands from Treasure Garden and the products are defective as they have no weep holes in the umbrella bases. Needless to say after a year the bases started to rust. Treasure Garden told me to look at thier warranty that excludes rust. I will never buy from this company again

Anna h. Was extremely helpful and prompt in replacing an umbrella pole problem I had. I sent her pictures and she quickly reviewed them and sent me the appropriate replacement parts. No hassle! I will definitely use them in the future for any of my outdoor furniture furniture and needs.

Purchased a AKZ 13ft cantilever umbrella taht retails for $ 3600+ at Chair King. Two key bolts stripped after one season of use and now been a year dealing w apathetic, incompetent dealer. My gripe w TG is they hide behind the dealers so you feel no recourse.
Sad thing is the issue could/​should have been resolved quickly, easily by having someone tap the hole and using a slightly larger bolt. But even though we purchased a Guardsman ext warranty that hasn’t been offered.

Terrible customer service. I emailed, called, and facebooked this business reporting a ton of litter (hundreds of brochures of their all over the streets of Irwindale and Baldwin Park) no response! Ridiculous.
