History

Established in 2011.

We are based in Baldwin Park California. First starting out as full-time disk jockeys and masters of ceremonies for special events then soon venturing off into the photography side of weddings. Our photobooth attendants are highly trained and have photography experience, Photoshop and IT experience thus making all special events worry-free, elegant, fun and professional.

My name is Ryan. I was born to entertain as a child I strive to make people happy, from cracking jokes to singing to being an accomplish master of ceremonies and wedding disk jockey. My goal is simple to make my clients apart of my history to give them the best night of their lives. I became a wedding DJ at age fifteen taken under the wing of an accomplished DJ and Emcee. I soon progressed and now venturing off to new heights. The Pressbox Photobooth is hosted and operated by me and staff that follow the same ethics and enthusiam as I followed from my past mentors. I value your time and I am looking forward to working with you. I’m excited to meet you. Thank You.

Horrible! Ryan did not show up to my cousins quinceañera. I should have known he was a flake. Even when I was trying to hire him and wouldnt return my calls/emails. He then apologized stating he had a death in his family. So I believed him and went on to book him. I confirmed with him a few days before the event and he stated everything was fine and set to go. The day of the quince he was to be there from 8 to 10 and at 8:20 I call his cell phone twice and went to voicemail. I then sent him a text asking if he was coming. He replied saying he was in a bad accident and his equipment was damaged. Really? Truly did not believe that he had a n accident. I mean really when was he planning in calling me! Horrible customer service. do not book!!! Very unprofessional!

Ryan is amazing! He created an awesome layout that exactly fitted my mom’s color scheme and theme for her 60^th birthday party. The prints and lighting were flawless. Family and friends talked non-stop throughout the party about how awesome the photobooth was. I will definitely be reaching out to Ryan for further events. Ryan is awesome! I contacted him the same week of my event because I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to afford the photobooth rental. He was quick to get back to me and was priced within my last minute budget. I’m an avengers fan so he was able to get some avengers props! (I really wanted some way of incorporating the avengers in my party) So that was very awesome of him! The photo booth was the highlight of the party. All my family had fun taking pictures. The best part is I have copies of all the pix. I’ll definitely call Ryan the next time I need a photobooth!

Outstanding service. I would definitely book with this company again. Ryan is a great person to work with. He answered all my question timely and with great detail. Ryan was one of the vendors recommended to the bride and groom of a wedding I was in recently. I have seen a lot of photobooths at wedding but I was seriously impressed with Ryans set up.
He had a lot of different costume items available that were clean, organized and fun.
The booth itself was a back drop with an SLR camera and lighting. It was fast, easy and simple. Once your picture set was done, you waited a minute or so and out came not one, but TWO copies of the prints! On top of that, one print was given to the bride and groom at the end of the night, along with digital copies! Brilliant!
Ryan was extremely professional helpful, sweet, punctual and friendly. He stayed till the very very very end of the night, even when it was only family cleaning up the giant venue and he didn’t mind at all that everyone was once again swarming the booth at the end of the night! Such a great guy! and Everything you want in a great wedding vendor!

I met Ryan at a wedding expo in Monrovia. He is easy going and has a lot of props. So we decided to go with him. He made sure our template look perfect with our wedding signature — a peacock. Everything turned out beautiful on that day. Ryan is accommodating and easy to work with. I’d definitely go with him again for my future parties.
The only minor thing is sometimes it takes Ryan a while to get back to me (both email and phone). There is definitely room for improvement in this area.
Overall, we love the service and the photos came out all great.

I used the Photobooth with Ryan and he did such a great job! Everyone loved it, they had great props (didn’t look cheap). We took as many pictures as we wanted including prints. The photobooth pictures are plastered all over my coworker’s office cubicles, framed in our family’s homes, and all over Facebook as profile images. Our guests had so much fun! There wasn’t a single minute when there wasn’t someone inside the photobooth. My favorites were when a huge group of people would cram together to take a photo because we always looked hilarious!
Because Ryan was multi-tasking, we had 2 attendants for the photobooth and they did a great job making sure that we got one copy out of the 2 copies that were printed. I have a huge stack of almost 300 photos waiting for me to figure out a fun project to use them for!
There were so many cool props that I didn’t even see some of them until I looked through the photos. Our guests went crazy over the props!
Can I have a photobooth for every party, please? ;)
