This is a good Starbucks location on the edge of Baldwin Park. It’s a decently sized location, but the outside patio is small. The staff here are courteous and they haven’t gotten my drink wrong(which is a big plus). Unfortunately, there is no drive thru at this location, but I do like going to this spot.

This Starbucks gets really packed. A lot of high school kids comes here after school. They also have a restroom. I would suggest to visit this location when high school kids still have class or at the weekends. The people that works here still provided good service. There is also a lot of parking and it is free.

Over the years, this starbucks has been going downhill. Tonight, I was at the counter waiting to order my drinks, and one of the girls working took her time washing a rag, cleaned the counter, then turned around and didn’t give much of a greeting, kind of just talked to me with no emotion. I was like okay, no big deal w/e. Then the other girl making the drinks, yelled out one of my drinks and then put another drink but didn’t say what is was and just turned her back to continue talking to her and two other baristas. I asked if this was my vanilla latte and she said yeah, with her back still turned against me, and again continued to talk to her coworkers. My drinks aren’t as good as the other starbucks I go to, and the employees here aren’t the nicest. Just rude.

Still the worst Starbucks in the area. Ordered a Vanilla Misto and got a regular coffee with no vanilla instead. They always, always screw up my order whenever I go to this location. And they’re rude as hell when you tell them the order is wrong. The heavy-set male barista with glasses practically threw the drink back at me and was incredibly surly. Worst, worst Starbucks ever. The people giving this place more than 2 stars must work here or are family and friends of the staff.

Asked the manager who was more worried About clocking out than helping and he left, Anna was the lead didn’t even know what to do about it and said to call the rewards line and find out what the problem was but there was nothing she could do. The darn app says I had a birthday reward on my starbucks app proof for them, They’re managers and have the power to help the customer… This experience was horrible, After 15 minutes of dealing with the darn phone app logging off and trying to talk… she gave a free small drink(I ordered venti). Okay I’m kinda happy Edit 10÷5÷15: I went to the burbank location it said«not found» just like here. THEYHAVETOINPUT ‘BIRTHDAYREWARD’ EACHFREE has its own code and wont work just scanned alone… The employee in burbank knew what they were doing and it worked pleasantly. please properly train your employees at this reviewed location of Baldwin park to avoid such hassles with the starbucks app. some people are not trained appropriately to know about the rewards codes, instead of having her say didnt know what the problem was and nothing she could do about it and to call rewards to see the problem. that’s proof enough their not properly trained to explain to the customer. Edit: 10⁄25 I cashed in Earned reward and my friend cashed his birthday reward JUSTHERE! with his gold card! I have the receipts to prove it! finally an employee here who knows what their doing!

This place would get zero stars if I could give them zero stars. I work in the area and this is the closest Starbucks. Customer service here is HORRIBLE. I used to be a shift lead at Starbucks in February and I know Starbucks company is huge on customer service. Customer interaction and connection is a major part of barista training. I guess all the baristas here skipped that section in their training. I am now going to be driving out of my way to a different Starbucks to avoid going to this one.

Friendly staff, fast service! Super clean location too. Very small, so you won’t get really lucky with finding a seat to study but I absolutely love the staff here. They are always very approachable. They always help me out when I have questions on the menu.

Came in and ordered a iced Cold Brew Coffee. The guy taking my order was too distracted talking to his co workers,(I’ll find out his name) everyone makes mistakes to biggy I was not upset. What upset me the most is that this idiot still says you said«hot», in a very unprofessional manner tried arguing with me. Then very rude said«well, we don’t have none» I asked for my money back & left super upset!!! This happened Sunday 8−2−15 around 9:25am. Management needs to improvise customer service at that location. !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl at the register was really nice, but unfortunately she’s not the one who made my drinks. I watched the girl who did make my drinks and she was most definitely not following the Starbucks procedure. She was doing things the«lazy way» which I would completely understand if it were busy, but mine were the only drinks to be made. And even cutting corners it took her forever! She then handed me drinks that were overflowing, and got upset when I asked her for new lids. Such a bad attitude. I wish I would have gotten her name. Over all, just a bad experience.

Worst Starbucks ever! They were out of most options. No fraps, no teas, no syrup, and no napkins. Awful service as well. I ordered an iced coffee. My iced coffee had three almost completely melted pieces of ice. Before I could ask for more ice the guy slammed the window in my face. I tried getting his attention but he ignored me and I had to wait until he opened the window to put out another drink. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street.

Staff is friendly and willing to try crazy custom orders(I’m guilty!) Not much else to say about this Starbucks… pretty convenient since it’s near the freeway and parking wasn’t an issue for me.

My second time going to this Starbucks and I rarely end up actually drinking in this location. One reason is because it is very small inside and not that many chairs or tables that will fit a group of four or more. Other reason why I’m pretty dissatisfied is that when my friend was ordering his drink and getting a frappuccino but he told the guy specifically that he did not want any whip cream in it. Sadly when we got the drink it was in it. I guess I really shouldn’t expect so much, maybe the workers are tired it was 3:00PM so maybe they needed a nap or a break because this guy totally was out of it and wasn’t at all happy with working in Starbucks. Not a fan you can go to many other Starbucks that would be better than this one.

A few things. *Baldwin park needs more Starbucks cause these poor baristas are getting slammed * be wary of the customers… I just had the most hostile interaction with a random guy * these employees are probably some of the most bad ass — they were shooting drinks out like hot cakes(but I also came on Mother’s Day– this place looked like a packed club so I still waited like 25 mins for 2 drinks… But I don’t blame the workers) * it’s tiny … That is all.

I see so many homelessness in this neighborhood, sometimes I just don’t know whether I should just ignore the Problem or just comment to Starbucks about the abundance of these people in the area. Please respond.

Not the safest feeling Starbucks I have been to. In fact, it’s probably the shadiest location for Starbucks I have ever visited. The coffee was good but I probably would not return unless I absolutely had to. The vandalism throughout the store indicates lack of oversight and doesn’t provide any relief on its location.

I’ve only been here this one time. I don’t see that changing ever. The proximity to the 10 freeway, combined with lots and lots and lots of people but seem to be in a bigger hurry than me– — Therefore, nobody lets you in when it’s time to exit the parking lot– — Means that just the simple act of getting in and getting out of here is a pain. Maybe Sunday is not a really busy day for them, because they seem to be out of everything. seriously, they had no cinnamon dolce latte syrup, no regular mocha syrup, and no real professional compassion for me or any other customer. It was sort of a «cheeseburger cheeseburger cheeseburger» kind of moment. Mrs. Picante and I settled on a skinny mocha and a skinny vanilla with shots, respectively. maybe all of the employees’ kittens got hit by cars this morning or something, but it was like you had to pay extra for a smile or nod. At our first steps of our respective drinks, we traded to try the others. Not surprisingly, the two drinks were virtually indistinguishable from each other — — both equally terrible. it was like drinking old reheated espresso. Fiending for caffeine, we charged through our drinks, and discovered at the bottom why they tasted so bad: it seems the brain surgeons behind the counter had failed to stir the drinks. On my last sip, I got a mouthful of artificially sweetened chocolate syrup that curled the hair on the back of my neck. wifey found an equally disturbing sludge spill at the bottom of her cup. The good news is, with the exception of occasional trips to Kaiser on the other side of the 10, I don’t frequent Baldwin Park, so chances are I will never need to purchase coffee here again. but it just goes to show that when it comes to franchises with set menus, hiring is everything. management may want to venture into a couple of other Starbucks in neighboring cities, to see how customers are supposed to be treated… Then schedule trainings and make adjustments to your staff accordingly.

The past weekend when I went to this Starbuck and I could believe what I just witnessed. One of the employee was cleaning the floor without gloves(mopping the floor and touching the floor mats), then went back to make drinks and reheat the bakery for customers without washing his hands. We all saw that and one of the customer spoke up and they do nothing about. They pretended like nothing happened. I hope the Starbuck management team read this review and re-train their employees. I won’t come back to this place again.

This location has no drive thru, but it’s literally down the street from my job. I usually stop by here when I need a little caffeine during the day. Warning: During the school year this place is packed and I mean PACKED with students trying to get their caffeine in before school starts on a Wednesday. So when you don’t have time try to avoid Wednesday mornings. If you have the time, by all means do wait. Parking: ample of parking spaces so no need to fight!!! Service: Staff is friendly and accommodating. They greet all their customers. Of course, like any other Starbucks, great place to get FREE Wi-Fi. This location is smaller than most Starbucks, but there are plenty of tables inside and outside. This place is perfect! Plus there’s snacks & food nearby when you get hungry! Overall, I will return to this location.
