Regency Inn & Suites

I had the worst experience in this hotel. First, when I booked it over the phone, they told me that I was going to get the one which has a jacuzzi. When I got there, they said that I had to pay more to get it. However, I got the one «I pay for» (the regular one). I got into the building, and it smelled terrible, like an old building. Wow I got into the room and it was dirty, the carpet was old and dirty. Someone had splinted something there and they didn’t clean it. The microwave was sticky, dirty as well. When I got to the bathroom, the bathtub had mold, the floor had dirt and dust. The room has balcony, and it was dirty too, it still had trash from the previous guests. I really don’t recommend it. It’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been.
