Atrocious customer service.
Was emailing back and forth with this company for about a week, and had discussed a price for a small package of parts (they were offing a deal if I bought 3 at once). When we had come to a price agreement and I went to order from them online they quickly removed the deal we discussed out from under me.
Sadly, after contacting customer service about this again, they gave me no explanation as to why they would not honor the deal we had reached, and would only say «This deal is no longer going on.» regardless of our discussed arrangements.
Bottom-​line: Pick a more honest and reputable seller for automotive parts, don’t be deceived by cheap prices. You get what you pay for, you’re much better off going with an established brand like Stillen, WW, Razzi, etc. They also have much better customer service.
ADDITIONALLY this manufacturer has been caught stealing photos for product advertisement multiple times from different car forums without permission from the car owners. This isn’t a huge deal, but it just shows the integrity of this business. (message me if you would like details or proof of this)

I come here a lot for aftermarket parts now. One time, I had a crack with one of my wheels and they were able to get locate an extremely hard to find barrel and rushed it over the next day. They were cheaper than other places by almost $ 100. I was satisfied with the experience and will continue to come here in the future.
