This is my third year coming to this place and I have never had a bad complaint this place. They always welcoming when my son and I walk in. No issues here. They will definitely continue to have my business.

Kind of upset that I made appointment a day before but when I got there the employee that I made an appointment with said she knew nothing about it. Luckily I was only the second person waiting. the owner ended up doing my taxes and mentioned that they don’t really take appointments. He was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I Just Didn’t like the fact that they let me make an appointment thinking that I wouldn’t have had to wait. This time I did get lucky but I would have been really pissed if I had to wait a very long time. Debating if I should come back next year…

Talk about being snubbed big time! my gf &I ask for rapid refund and did not get within 2 business like the owner said so we called to ask for the owner (Troy low. like it says in business card) what was going on? he did not give a flying you know what and ignore are calls not until a week later saying its everyone’s fault (irs, govt., system) are you kidding me? so why do offer it then? to top it off he charged 60 bucks for rapid refund transaction! the funny thing is the owner does not tell you and try to down play it… really shady. baldwin park liberty taxes services is be on horrible. the owner doesn’t care for you he only cares for his money!!! do yourself a favor and do not do your taxes here!!!
