Cowboy Burgers & BBQ

This is for the cowboy salad. It didn’t look like a palate pleasing pile. But, it was! It was like a Cobb salad married with a Greek salad. Served with warm Pita bread and ranch dressing. It had a half of avocado, feta cheese, chicken, onions, tomatoes… I mean. it was just delicious and hearty.

One star just because they were open. This place sucks I waited over an hour to get my food. Service sucked and this place was so dirty, the bathrooms didn’t have door knobs I’m not sure how this place is still open

Just spent about 40 minutes in their drive thru. Completely ridiculous. I finally get to the window and have to wait another 5 minutes before someone comes to it. No apologies, no explanation, nor is the chicken salad ready. I had to ask why the wait was so long & the girl said they were really busy. I advised that they should let people know it’s going to take a bit and she said nothing, she spoke to the other employees and no one cared. Really disappointed in their lack customer service & mediocre food.

Came here at random cause I was in the area. I’m not sure why they say BBQ in the name but the burger was freaking delicious. Serving size is way too big. Also they serve Mexican food. Where is the BBQ? The ambiance is kind of interesting. It looks sort of like an empty Mexican restaurant converted to a fast food counter with western Texas cowboy crap hanging sparsely from the walls and like taco stand music blaring. Odd, but the food was dank. Wouldn’t drive out to this city just to eat here but if I had business in the area again I might stop back.

Very nice place to go for dinner if you like hamburgers. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to for a good meal, and short wait time.

I was just treated to a Gyro and an order of Chili w/​cheese for dinner and it was all SUPER DELICIOUS!!! I know it’s an unusual combination but BOTH are excellent! I don’t usually have any luck in finding a good Gyro anywhere… ESPECIALLY a good bowl of Chili. I am so glad that Cowboy offers BOTH!!! I will definitely be saddlin’ up & ridin’ on through much more often in the near future! *tips cowboy hat all gentlemanly like* ;-)

Had the bbq chicken sandwhich here and it’s really good for the price very large portions

If you like going to mom and pop burger joints, this is an awesome place to check out. They have lots of various choices of burgers. I love their California Burger and Chili Cheese Fries. I like how this place has an open kitchen and you can see the cooks cooking your food. I haven’t tried a lot on the menu, but what I’ve had is good enough to keep me coming back to try more.

Very Friendly Employees. I used an
Coupon for B1G1 Hamburger. They allowed me to buy burger combo and get the free burger. They brought me the food with generous portions of french fries and 3 Onion Rings. Currently, they are offering Standard Burger Combo for $ 4.99 posted on their window. The burger combos are more affordable than McDonalds and Burger King. Note: I updated their price menu prices with photograph of drive-​thru windows. It is current as of 1÷27÷2016.

I am a regular at Cowboys, my husband loves their breakfasts so we eat there a lot. Lately they have been charging me higher prices than the posted prices and shorting me on my food. We used to get 4 sausage or bacon in our breakfasts lately we only got 2, they are charging me more and getting less. Very disappointing! I hate being or feeling ripped off. The girls at drive thru are very nice. Cook needs to learn his menu and serve correctly and cashier needs to charge correctly. You might lose customers if you continue doing this.

Love their zucchini fries, onion rings, buffalo wings, chili cheese fries. If you order club sandwich meal it’s big enough to serve for 3 people. Cowboys just has the best comfort food!

It’s 9:40 am and service is so slow. And some coworkers have breakfast. And we have to wait.

I have been eating at CB burger for a loooong time. And the quality and taste of the food has gone to h*ll. In fact, after about 15 years eating here, today was the last meal. Ordered fish & chips, and sirloin steak and shrimp. The shrimp was so over cooked, had to peel the breading off to eat it, which led me to discover the dirty vein still on the shrimp. The steak they call sirloin was about ¹⁄₈ inch thick, was full of fat, and so chewy that my dog even had a hard time chewing it. Fish was soggy and drenched in grease. Very disappointing $ 29 meal. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Maybe I ordered the wrong food? Well I walked in this afternoon and ordered a cowboy salad as advertised. Pretty much was a ready to go salad bag from Walmart, burned chicken on top, naan bread And two pieces of avocado. I think the best part was the feta cheese lol. As checking in you get a side for free, if you ever wanted onion rings that do not taste like onions, here you can order them lol. I wondered why there was nobody when I walked in

I always get the chicken salad here, they give u good chicken portion and it comes with pita bread. It’s a big salad, probably big enough to share.

Best chili cheese fries EVER! Their ranch is magic. Lol it never disappoints. Whenever I feel like indulging this is my go to spot. Onion rings are huge and delish!
Huge dinning area. Very friendly and attentive staff. They always serve with a smile.
Fountain drinks are never watered down. Definitely recommend.

Love this burger spot. Love their burgers especially their fried mushrooms. Their fried items are fried to a crisp. I love my fried food extra cripsy! Their portion is huge. I always have leftovers, which is always a good thing.
I usually order their cheeseburger. The burger portion is well over average. I’ve also had their chicken dinner. It comes with a side of fries, onion rings, salad, and toast. Its a lot of food. The chicken is also tender and fried very well with an awesome better.

Cowboys never disappoints

I decided to check this place out after buying a deal on Groupon. Looks like a typical locally owned burger shop. There is a drive thru for those in need of a quick fix. The dining area is actually pretty big; however, just like in the other reviews, the booths are a bit cramped and they could use bigger ones. They might want to change the layout to utilize the space better. The other thing need to work on is their menu. They weren’t properly lighted and I was a bit confused whether to look at the chalkboard menu or the one behind the cashier.
I decided to get the Old West burger combo while the rest of my family got the pastrami sandwich and mushroom swiss burger. We all got combos, which come with fries, some onion rings and a drink. The portions were very large. They gave plenty of fries and onion rings and the size of the burger was good. My burger came with two patties, bits of onion rings and cheese. I was a bit disappointed by the burger. The patty didn’t taste great and the all the ingredients felt average once I took a bite.
The service here is pretty good. They are nice with helping you decide what you want to order, and man do they have a pretty extensive collection. The restrooms are well maintained and the clean up your table after your done eating. Maybe I’ll try this place again but overall the food did not stand out for me.
