Ordered from the drive thru and when I got home I realized I was given the wrong order, I was charged extra for a second drink I didn’t even order, and the lemonade I DID get was 100% water. Should I be surprised? Nah. Can’t expect much from the BP Carls Jr. anyway. Besides, I’m not about to get in my car and drive all the way back to this dump over spilt milk, but I will complain on Unilocal

I like this Carl’s Jr. Everyone who works here seems happy and they’re actually nice. I’ve never had any of my orders messed up.
I just bought a steak and eggs burrito and so disappointed!!! «Eat like you mean it» yeah right! Im so pissed off! Only 10 pieces of small cut steak. The burrito was not even large enough to make a kid full! Took only 4 bites and that was it. They should call it the tomato and egg burrito! For a price like that. Its a ripped off!!! CARLSJR u need to change this crap!

Just came back from Carl’s Jr. and the food tasted disgusting. Tasted like next day BBQed hamburger heated up in the microwave. I asked for the works and they only put lettuce. The sauce was all over the place and the bread tasted crappy. The only good part were the fries. None the less, I would never come back here for such poor assembled and tasteless food.

I visited this Carl’s Jr/Green Burrito restaurant located at the corner of Francisquito Ave and Puente Ave several times in the past couple weeks. I stopped here for breakfast, lunch, and late night snacks since this location is very convenient, just off the I-10 Fwy at Francisquito Ave. This location offers 40 oz Coke fountain drinks for $ 1, which is a great deal compared to McDonald’s any size(up to 32 oz) fountain drinks for $ 1.I used coupons on some of my visits here including Buy One Get One Free Grilled Pork Chop Egg & Cheese Biscuits and $ 55 pc Chicken Tenders with Fries and Fountain Drink(I will note that this same $ 5 deal is offered at Hardee’s(sister restaurant of Carl’s Jr in North Carolina without a coupon). I also ordered the California Steak Burrito($ 5.69 plus tax) and a 40 oz Diet Coke($ 1 plus tax) for a late night snack. The food here was made to order served hot and tasted just fine. However, it took a while for my food orders to be ready, 6 – 10 minutes for eat-in and to-go orders, which is longer than normal for a fast food place. There was no urgency in the speed of service compared to other Carl’s Jr locations. If eating in, they give you a plastic number tag to be placed on your table. The staff will bring out your food to your table when ready. My orders were correct on each visit here and the staff was polite.

They have something called the«Big Cheeseburger» or rather a «Big Burger with Cheese» and it fairs up quite nicely against the«Big Cheeseburger» at Jack in the Box in that it has pickles and onions along with ketchup and mustard… Jacks only has ketchup and mustard but I think Jacks’ version may be slightly less expensive as well. In an age where burgers are running 4 to 5 dollars on average, sometimes it’s nice to just pay a couple of bucks, the Carl’s cheeseburger cost $ 2.50 out the door soooo you could get a couple of them for the price of one regular burger; I wish they still had the«Big Carl» for $ 1.99′ that was a great deal!

Oh man! The staff at carls jr are horrible and in turn results in horrible food. I went to the drive thru and they asked me to pull up because my order was taking too long. When i got home there were missing items to my order, no problem I went backand they made them and gave it to me… only it was like the staff got mad at me for it and wet my burger with water. That was disgusting and I’ll never go back there. Giving this place 1 star is too much. Go somewhere else.

I love carls jr, they always keep it business when it comes to burger sizes. But this location had me hating my order. I ordered a six dollar burger and got a thick burger instead? Fine mistakes happen. I always get fried zucchini instead of fries. First my fried zucchini was not cooked all the way I can still taste the dough… second my burger was just slapped together like«jgtfo» … hmmm

This place is pretty run down shady. Now. I’m not rating this on their food. I believe that rating fast food chains should be based on the experience there and not the food because… it all taste the same to me when I visit another franchise. I’m basing this off one of there specials that they had posted outside of their window. I was pretty hungry and as looking for a quick bite to eat. I noticed they had a deal for two burgers for 5 bucks. I’ve seen similar and better deals at other Carl’s Jr. but I was starving and didn’t feel like driving another half mile up the street to in n out.(big mistake) When it came to pay they rung me up for 5.50 for the two burgers. I told them I thought it was 5 bucks but no they said 5.50. I drove by the sign again and I saw that it said two burgers for 5.50 but the 50 was the smallest little spec on the corner of the size. WTF? seriously? I know its only 50 cents but that is just wrong and I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers had seen the same thing as me. Two burgers for $ 5.50 is not a good deal. I could have purchasing one of there other specialty burgers for the same price! I’ll be going to in n out next time, that’s for sure.

This is easily one of the most terrible Carl’s Jrs out there. I only go here to use the coupons that they send in the mail, and it’s the closest one to my house. The place is usually empty, which is a big red flag because that would suggest that they don’t stock up on new, fresh food consistently. One of the two soda machines has also been broken for a few months, yet they don’t seem concerned about fixing it. I feel like this place will probably shut down within the next few months.

Carls Jr. Is one of the best fast food chains there is. I come here a couple times a week during my lunch hour. I come also afterwards at times to do some work. I usually get the Western Bacon Cheese Burger and the Big Carl. Nom nom nom :) This location is one of my favorites. It has a great and friendly staff. They are pretty awesome ;) come check it out !

First of all, we just waited for almost 30 minutes in drive thru and an employee came outside and gave the people behind us in line their food. How is that fair? Did they even pay? Second thing, we didn’t get cheese on our burgers. third and worst thing, my niece just found a chunk of copper in her burger patty. Never eating fast food of ANY kind ever again. If it was up to me, I would give this location NO stars and shut it down from what I just saw tonight.

I can’t hate too much because thier burgers are smexy. Always go with a big Carl and it tastes fresh and amazingly cooked. The biggest reason i don’t go there more often is that they don’t offer condiments(ketchup, etc) they just wrap up the food in the bag and almost shove it at you like a «here’s your stuff, now go.» I’ve asked for condiments and they seemed almost pissed off like if they’re being charged for it. Had another incident where they gave me the food and didn’t return my card. Partly my fault, but was caught in a conversation and they usually give you the food after they return your card and receipt. I would return if i crave a burger, but the service keeps me away and they’re super stingy with fries. It’s like they don’t even open the container which the fries go in.

It’s open 24 hours or at least the drive through is and it’s in a convenient location; the food is what you expect from a carls and the employees are polite. Recently I had a complaint over a messed up order the way they handled it made me feel appreciated as a customer and earned them an extra star.

Well this place is getting worse. I ordered the breakfast platter and the sign says $ 1.99 but the charge $ 2.99. He said the changed it. But they should give you the posted price but they won’t. Last time I come here. Pure shit.

I have been coming here for a very VERY long time and I’ve never had better service than I did by the manager John. Think that was his name. My food was hot and fresh and exactly how I wanted. Thank you.

Got the $ 5 school fundraiser coupon book and want to use it. I usually use drive through for coffee run, this is the 1st in store visit in years. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly, they greeted you as you walk in. Will be back for some more 6 Dollar Burger for sure
