Ming has been a huge help with all of my desktop and laptop problems, when there was something I couldn’t fixed or had to be replaced i would always go to him for the best advice and great services that he provides for not only me, but to his customers as well. I greatly appreciate what he has done for me and i would recommend him to anyone that needs any parts or services for a good price.

I have very limited knowledge in computers, so when I was trying to find a DVI cable to connect my monitor, I called Staples, Best buy, etc etc to find the correct DVI kind for my needs. None of the tech sales associates were able to help me — most of them were clueless. And all the DVI versions they had were EXPENSIVE.
I resorted to finding smaller computer shop on Unilocal and was fortunate to find this one only 2 blocks away from my place. The boss asked me what I needed my DVI for, and knew exactly what version I needed based on my answer. Price was also half of Staple’s DVI.

My elderly mother came in with her computer to be fixed. She had a virus. The turn around was quick but Ming did not solve the problem. Therefore I had to get involved. He said he would fix it free of charge but then proceeded to take two weeks to get it ready. He said that he had to order software from HP and they took 10 days to ship it. Up to this point I thought this was a good store and we were just having some miscommunication problems. But then at the back end he tries to jack the price of the HP software up ten dollars. He said 25 on the phone but now the price had changed. I asked him to see the receipt for the HP disk and if it was 35 dollars I would pay him. Well he folded like a deck of cards. His «10 dollars shipping and handling» for a single disk that took two weeks to arrive was not holding any water. He did what was right in the end but I feel that was only because I pushed him on it. All in all it took 150 dollars and three weeks in the shop to fix my mom’s redirect virus on her netbook. i will let you decide if that is the type of service you want.

Ming and ABC are great! They have fixed the office computers more than once and built us a bullet-​proof server, so I knew that I could take my laptop there when it was acting up! He threw a RAM upgrade in it and fixed up some power issues and it has been a champ ever since!

Ming does excellent work at a fair price. He is also quick when it need to be quick. I have been going to him for several years.
