Amazing work! Amazing customer service 100+++++ STARS! We have been getting our AYSO Soccer banners and other sport banners done here for the past 5 years and they have ALL been nothing but amazing! We have also ordered some printed sweaters and t-​shirts and have been greatly satisfied with the results. TIP: Come in with an idea and let them run with imagination they are super creative and helpful!

Such an amazing experience with these people. First time team mom and if anyone has ever done it they know it’s not easy but with the awesome team at Action Designz everything was much easier. Unprofessional and rude customer service. Initially the owner Andy who took my order was pleasant but once the order was placed and they took my money it was a horrible experience. My order wasn’t ready when promised, no one called me to let me know it wasn’t going to be ready. I drove all the way over for nothing. They told me come back in 3 days. When I returned 3 days later, the shirts had misspellings which I changed on the proof but no one got the memo on that. The owner promised me to fix the shirts over the weekend. He was going to have someone come in over the weekend to have them by Monday. When I called on Monday the shirts were not ready and was told, no one wanted to work Sunday to fix them. The person on the phone was rude, even raised her voice at me when I asked to give me a definite date to have my order. She acted like I was bothering her. After a 3^rd attempt to get my shirts and still not ready and much abuse from the employees, I asked the owner to return my money. I did get a full refund.
It seems like the owner has all his friends working there and no one gets reprimanded for rude behavior or not having orders ready when promised. I only used them because our league asked us to. Never again.

I’ve been doing business with Action Designz for 4 years now. They’ve always given me great deals on what I order, and if for some reason something isn’t correct, they get it fixed in a hurry. Andy & Gina are always quick to answer any questions I have, and always reply in a timely manner. The can get anything you need, and it’s always good quality. Everything is done in house, so you don’t have to worry about something getting outsourced. I’d definitely recommend them for any apparel needs.

I have done business with action designz various times in the past and they have always done their best to get me orders as promised. Recently i ordered a wind breaker and i was very well please with my order.

Action Design has been doing my cheer gear for the past 5 years. The quality of work is outstanding, and their lead times cant be beat. I have to admit I usually need my apparel quick, but they always meet my time crunch. The staff at action design is friendly and know what they are doing so it is really a pleasure working with them. When I attend cheer camp I am constantly complimented on our designs and quantity of our outfits which is the main reason I love using them. Very affordable also, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am sorry to say my experience with this company was negative. I chose this company because the Unilocal reviews were positive, and when I called and spoke to Andy who I believe is the owner he was very nice and welcoming. So I ordered t-​shirts a banner and names to be put on the back of the kids jerseys.
I get a email on Wed to approve the banner making sure all names and numbers etc. are correct, everything looks good so I say everything’s good, and am told it will be ready Friday for pick up.
Friday comes I receive an email around 10am asking for the ok on the shirts, I notice one of the kids names is spelled incorrectly so I let them know, they email me back with another proof i give it the OK because they fixed the mistake. I email them at 1 telling them i will be there around 3 to pick up the banner, they say «It’s ready for pick up» I arrive at 325 and tell them im there to pick up the banner and the, A younger gentleman tells me oh, it’s not ready… I wait about 10−15min and they bring it out and the name is misspelled that I told them to correct, and they send me a proof that I gave the ok to. I tell them the names misspelled and they said you gave the thumbs up and I said that was Wednesday. I show them the email from my phone and they tell me we dont have that. With an attitude. I show them look I received this today and showed them. and theyre in the back talking to each-​other. i hear them talking among st themselves not saying a word to me. I hear the male tell the female I dont kow what happened… got mixed up. the female comes to the front and says we need to reprint and walks away. I’m upset because i took the time to go they told me it would be ready and its not, they make a mistake I didn’t get an apology, they made it seem like I made the mistake. I’m standing there I finally say, so whats gonna happen, do I wait?.. and the male says If you want. I have to ask, how long is it gonna take? and he replies 45-​an hour. I leave because I need to end to my children, I get home to make dinner and get apone call about 15min later it’s ready for pick up. Still no apology.
The worse customer service and lack of professionalism. I will not go back there, all because of their employees.

Andy, Jesse and the whole staff at Action Designz saved me by pulling out a day and half miracle! I had my son’s football sweatshirts made somewhere else and they came out horrible. When I went in they didn’t hesitate one bit at the tall order and the less than 2 day deadline. Thank you all for such an amazing and quality product! Thank you! The coaches and boys loved them.

I have ordered several airbrushed sports banners from Action Designz. I give them full creativity and they never disappoint. I usually get asked by other teams where we got our banner made since its hard to find airbrush locally.
I just ordered 200 silk screen shirts. Quality was excellent and price was really reasonable. It was nice to talk to someone and get help with the design. I was thinking of ordering online, but Im glad I didnt. For the same price I got to deal with a live person who helped modify the design to make it look better.

I’ve used several screen printing companies over the years for T– shirts and team uniforms. Worked with some good companies — Action Designz is at the top of the list!
The most important consideration is quality — AD shines in this area. I’ve seen what happens to cheap work — designs come off/​crack and colors bleed through. Sad when a team’s jerseys look bad halfway through the season — I’ve seen it happen even sooner — such a waste of effort and funds! The owner of the screen printing service that I previously used (he retired) took me into his shop and explained how some people cut corners. With Action Designz I’ve always received great quality — my orders have included T-​shirts, Softball team jerseys, and a vinyl team banner. There’s great value in long lasting quality — Half of our team used their jerseys for a second season this year (the banner also) — they looked perfect! This saves money for my player’s parents — only the new players need to get a jersey — even had a few handed down from older siblings!
Prices are very reasonable for quality professional service — this isn’t some guy that does this in his garage or «on the side» — as always, you get what you pay for! When I ordered my fill-​in jerseys this year I was very happy they charged the exact same price as last season’s order!
Friendly service — in person and on the phone. Creative and professional looking designs are sent via email for your approval prior to work being started. These are genuinely nice guys — if I were to fault this place at all it’s that they try so hard to please everyone, they sometimes seem to stretch themselves too far — and will knock themselves out to try to meet even the tightest of timelines.
We get many compliments on our uniforms and our Softball team banner. I believe it helps a team to look good — all about being a quality team and a having quality experience. I’ll be ordering a banner for my Cross Country Team next fall — and more Softball jerseys next spring!

Action Designz is an awesome shirt design company. They always are reliable and they always do great quality work. The owner Andy is such a nice guy. You can tell he has some Hawaiian culture instilled in him. They are always on time with there jobs and the work they produce are very detailed and sharp to perfection.
Menehune Basketball been getting the tournament shirts there the past 3 years and it has been excellent! They also got team shirts as well as team shorts from them and it came out great every time.
You will be happy you chose this place to get your work done and they are active in the community as well. They also do screening for colleges like Cal Poly Pomona and Western University of Health Sciences.
The people there are very friendly and helpful because they want to make sure the work done is perfect!
