I’ve been going to to this office for over a year now, for a total of 3 appointments. The initial appointment went extremely well. The staff really took their time interviewing me to find out possible triggers, and my medical history. I was impressed with how thorough this process was as they literally spent 30 minutes questioning me, instead of my having to complete paperwork. They then went on to do the standard allergy test, my first time. And for it being my first time, the staff really took their time explaining the process and what I could expect. When I finally saw the doctor, she was also very thorough. She took her time explaining the nature of allergies, and possible next steps. I had many questions, and the doctor took the time to give me detailed responses. She even answered some questions before I could ask them. I left that day, happy to finally have name for my severe allergies and possible courses of action. I was put on a total of 4 different medications, 2 pills(one an antihistimine), a nasal spray, and eye drops and told to come back a month or so later. Now, the followup visits are where I find fault. I come back, and I’m still suffering day in day out, and only marginally better than the last visit. The(same) doctor asks me did the nasal spray work and I tell her that it didn’t. She persists asking if it helped even«a little». I tell her flat out, no. She decides to keep me on the nasal spray despite this, although likely because I admitted to her that I’d only taken it for a week or so. She seems reluctant to try any more extreme measures but admits that from examination, she can tell that my allergies are severe. I am told to come back in a few months, and I do. This time, I see another doctor, who tries to convince me that I had been suffering from a cold a few months back when I describe my intense symptoms. Mind you, it was so hard getting an appointment that I literally had to wait over a month and a half and by that time(luckily) my intense symptoms had subsided). I inform him that I don’t think it was a cold, because my symptoms persisted for over 2 weeks, and I experienced the typical sneezing, constantly running nose, etc associated with allergies. He doesn’t seem convinced. He prescribes the same nasal spray that didn’t work the last time(they must have stock in this nasal spray). Now my intense symptoms have returned, despite taking 3 allergy meds, 2 of which I have taken every single day for the last year and a half, and trying to get an appointment in this place is almost like playing the lottery. I think this place is fine if you don’t have the type of allergies that ruin your life. That is, if you don’t have the type of allergies that prevent you from getting sleep. The type where you wake up with a sore, scratchy throat every day because you slept with your mouth open since you can’t breathe through your nose. The type of allergies that don’t respond well to the typical prescription allergy meds. If you have«normal» allergies, this place will suit you fine. But if you have normal allergies, you probably don’t need this place, you could go to your PCP. Anything more than«normal allergies», and they seem ill-equipped to handle your care, and reluctant to offer anything more in terms of treatment options or medications. ETA: I just had to come back to readjust this review after my most recent visit. While I stand by everything I wrote before, on my last visit I saw a different doctor who has changed my perspective on this place. This was the first doctor to take my concerns seriously. He ordered an asthma breathing test which was conducted that day! And low and behold, I was diagnosed for the first time with asthma at 30+ years old. He has ordered another skin test, and given me a new course of treatment in the meantime. He brought up, without my having to mention, allergy shots, which has been something I have been considering for years but was always turned down. I am glad to finally be nearing the end of my constant suffering from allergies. I was very impressed with this doctor and I will make it a point to see him from now on.

I saw Dr. Moday to find out exactly what allergies I have because I had suspected I suffered from them for a while. During the first appointment, the doctor and her staff conducted the typical allergy screen and found that I am allergic to most things they tested for. The doctor prescribed two medications, the same ones she prescribed my wife as well. After a few weeks, I concluded that the medications she prescribed me were ineffective and made a follow up appointment to determine the next course of action. That appointment was ridiculous for a lack of a better description. Dr. Moday acted indifferent and disinterested in determining what could be done next. I was the one initiating conversation and questioning in an attempt to find a solution while Dr. Moday halfheartedly sat there. I felt like I was bothering her to do her job. The experience at the second appointment coupled with the same treatment advised for both my wife and I, has made me conclude that Dr. Moday is only capable of ordering the initial allergy screen and prescribing the same medication to patient after patient. When it came to actual detective work and interest in resolving a patient’s problems — the reason I’d hope doctors enter the profession — Dr. Moday was completely indifferent and ill equipped to do.

The doctors and staff was great. However, our car was towed while we were there parked on their lot for the visit. We were stranded with a baby and an infant after our visit there with no transportation. Its a shame that such a place works with a super vigilant tow company that takes advantage of stranded patients.
