Literally best service ever from a fast food place. Always greeted with a smile regardless of time of day or amount of people in the restaurant.

Very few workers applications actually are kind and courteous the rest of them a rude unprofessional and sometimes downright mean the general manager is one of those people that I absolutely don’t understand how they got the job of being any type of manager I’m not going to write every single thing but I have so many bad experiences there including one staff member making fun of a special needs 7 year old and nobody ever responds to the contact page on Taco Bell customer service website they just ignore the problem the general managers ignore the problems but that’s okay I don’t have any hope that it will ever change for those few people who are kind and do their job thank you

Embarrassed that I even eat this crap LOL, but anyway… IMPECCABLE customer service — not at all typical of Taco Bell in general, or other fast food joints in the area for that matter! Fast service, clean dining room, and everyone is always so pleasant.

Hands down the nicest service at any fast food place around. The food is always fine… just what you’d expect from this chain… but the people who work there make even the drive-through a positive experience.

Hands down best Taco Bell I have ever visited. In fact, I’ll go one step fiefdoms to say that it’s the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. They even do table side service! You can sometimes forget that you’re actually at a fast food restaurant. Food is much better than other taco bells. Everything tastes fresh, and you just can’t beat the price. It’s a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut so there’s great variety. If you’re in the area and can’t decide what to eat or watching your wallet, don’t overthink it and don’t overlook this Taco Bell. You won’t be disappointed!

I was happy with this Taco Bell until they started rationing their sauce packets. They now keep them behind the counter and will only give you one or two packets per item! What kind of monster uses just two sauce packets on a quesadilla!!! I even offered to pay extra for more packets and they would not allow it! What is that about??? I can’t even pay extra to enjoy my meal the way that I want to enjoy it?! I left feeling angry and completely unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell until this situation changes. I wasn’t even the only person in the Taco Bell who was upset about this. It is such crap. If not anything else, at least let people who are willing to pay per packet to have it. Owners of this franchise please contact me once this is remedied. Until then, I’ll be at Chipotle, where you can have as much sauce as you need free of charge.

Went there for a 5 de mayo special offer for a free taco for breakfast. They didn’t have the one offered, but immediately gave me a substitute which was acceptable. The store might have been a little cleaner, but the service was good.

Its your standard Taco Bell… service is average for a fast food joint and the food is consistent with that of other Taco Bell locations. If your looking for authentic mexican, look elsewhere, but their tacos can hit the spot especially when you have the late night munchies.

Who wouldn’t love taco bell? It is a homey feeling place where you can get pizza and taco at the same place their good is not overpriced and the staff is pretty friendly compared to other fast food place(McDonald, KFC) I like yo go here for fast food sometimes when Qdoba is too full and too much time waiting in line. Overall this place is 5 stars!

This place is a taco bell and pizza hut. I stop going here because they was messing up my food order I haven’t been here since last year. They seem like they got better. The $ 1.00 menu don’t have a lot because just eat chicken and I think they about one or two items on the list. The pizza is all ways good and breadsticks with extra dipping sauce when the first make it.

I typically do NOT frequent fast food joints but I had a crazy hankering for a taco bell bean burrito fresco style.(FYI: fresco style is with pico de gallo instead of cheese… soooo good). So, I walk in and I can’t find the bean burrito on the menu. NOWAY!!! I asked the girl at the register and she said that they do still serve them! Sweet! She rings up my order, looks at the screen and says«It looks like we are out of onions». I could do nothing but stare at her in disbelief. What an odd thing for taco bell to run out of(or so I thought). Being that the pico de gallo has onions in it I felt it was ok to proceed with my order, esp for the low price of $ 1.27. And to those who are intersted… the bean burrito freso style did NOT disappoint! Sooo good! To check out the fresco items:

It pains me to give this TB4 stars instead of 5, because the staff is SO nice and the food is SO good, but I’m a vegetarian and I’d say 30% of the time there is beef instead of beans in my order, despite my order being correct on the screen. OTOH, if you’re not a vegetarian and you eat beef, no need to worry. Best TB ever.

This place should be the model for all taco bells nationwide. Seriously this place has best service and food of any T-bell I ever been to. Huge improvement from the old one up city ave. Clean. Friendly and parking is easy.

This taco bell is my all-time favorite. Everybody who works here is always so happy and nice. My order has never been incorrect and the service is always really fast. I’m vegetarian too, so many taco bells don’t always get my order correct! At this one, I’ve been here more 25+ times and have never had a problem. Anyways, I was going through the drive-thru this morning and Ashley P(it says on my receipt) was SO sweet and energetic. I literally took the survey on the receipt as soon as I came home, but I just wanted to give her a shout out because I wasn’t able to comment on how great she was in the survey I took. So thanks again!

City Ave Taco Bell is such a treat. The employees are nice, the food is A+ quality and the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had food wise. They ask for your name at the counter instead of giving you a number. I feel like a human being instead of another droid waiting in line at the fast food restaurant for my next ration. They will even sometimes bring it to your table when it’s ready. I love this Taco Bell and recommend it to all lovers of TB. It’s also a TB/Pizza Hut combination restaurant but when you’re at TB, why would you ever want anything pizza hut? I always drive from West Philly to this one despite there being closer Taco Bell locations to me. This one is just worth the drive every time.

I normally don’t do reviews for fast food spots but I feel a service needs to be done for this Taco Bell location. First off, in my past life I worked at a Taco Bell restaurant. I understand the trials and tribulations that go with the job. This location and service is impeccable. The orders are take swiftly and always complete. I wish I knew their names but the women that work the drive thru window are wonderful. They are always friendly and courteous. I have probably made at least 20 or so runs and the service is always consistent. Thumbs way up City Ave Taco Bell! You have restored my faith that fast food and the service that goes with it can be top notch!

Oh yeah, it’s Taco Bell! This is THEBEST Taco Bell that I’ve ever been too! True, it’s brand spanking new so the employees don’t toss your food at you and still smile and are polite. I really hope that they can keep this attitude up for the long haul! I’m not fast food junkie, hardly ever, but everytime that we’ve been up on City Line, the neon sign just makes me veer in it’s direction, and sure enough I order my usual hard shell taco supreme meal and be on my way! The first window, you pay and they give you your deserved hot sauce, «FIRE please» We are handed the napkins, straw and packets in a nice little Taco Bell envelope. What? It doesn’t just get thrown in a bag with the food and then tossed into the car from the window? This is unheard of! Thank you for chosing Taco Bell please come again. We pull up to the next window and the second person is just as nice as the first! Once we pull away and I look at my husband and say, «What just happened?» He replies«I’m not sure, but it was the best fast food drive through, we’ve ever been through» Maybe we are just jaded with the level of service in these types of establishments, but they have our praises!

Crappy Tomtom directions brought me to this Taco Bell on the fateful night that I locked my keys in my car. It ended up being quite a good experience. The staff here was friendly and polite from the minute we walked in. They proved to be even more awesome after I thought I accidentally threw my key away with the bag of garbage I was disposing of. The line was short, and we ordered and received our food quickly. It was hot and tasty. The bathroom was clean and obviously well-maintained, as well. This is definitely the best Taco Bell location I have ever been to.

This is a 5 star taco bell review… I know. But it’s a new store, the staff are still excited to be working here, all smiles and jokes. Drive thru is 24 hours and tacos are .59 or .69 $ 4am-10am… Nice!
