I bought a groupon the laser they said they were going to use verses the laser they actually used were different (check under the bed and look at the laser). Joel asked me to wait a few weeks until the new better laser came in & to try that one b/​c it works better than the one he was currently using. (Right there he said I’m using a laser that doesn’t really work) ALSO he told me the receptionsit didn’t take my measurements correctly b/​c she was overlaping the measuing tape, WHAT a simple task got messed up, not professional! I got no results I just wasted time & money, Groupon refunded me half back but JOEL PROMISED I’D GET A FULL 100% REFUND IF I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. I GOT NO RESULTS AT ALL THIS IS A SCAM, GET MINIMALLY INVASIVE LIPO– THAT’S THE DIRECTION I’M HEADED. I HAVE SOME TUMMY AFT THAT IS STUBBORN & I WORK OUT 3DAYS A WEEK FAITHFULLY BUT DO HAVE A TYROID ISSUE.

I think this place is a scam. I went in for sessions after purchasing a groupon. The methods they used are not medically proven at all. They attached a paddle with red lights and leave it in your area for about ten minutes. They stated I «lost» inches… however, they just really tightened the measuring tape around my waist. The people were nice enough, but who wouldn’t be nice when they are trying to scam a few hundred dollars from people? I wish groupon would choose better people to do business with.

Purchased a Groupon deal for this place, took several tries to get a live person to schedule an appointment. Went to the first appt at the location given on Groupon: 29 Bala Ave ste 224, not Philly Lipo Laser (PLL). Looked on the directory, it’s ste 206. Went there and the door was open and the place was empty. Emailed Groupon for refund, they said they will research. Got a voice message from PLL the next day to confirm my appt??? Why would I go back to a place that is empty? Emailed Groupon about this strange call, Groupon came back and said they have a new location down the street 22 Union Dr. and I should contact them again. This establishment is sketchy.
