I had heard a radio ad for hair restoration and I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Glat to discuss my options. The only reason I am giving an «OK» review is because you don’t actually meet with Dr. Glat to talk about hair restoration, you meet with his boyfriend who performs the consultations and knows a lot about hair restorations. The other thing that I thought was interesting is that the hair restoration graft surgery isn’t performed by Dr. Glat himself at all, he outsources it to another doctor and then just«medically supervises» the procedure– which basically just means that he is somewhere in the office when it takes place. I’m still considering having it done, but I would probably feel more comfortable meeting the doctor in person and having him perform the procedure himself.

I have been going to Lisa Rovens for a couple of years for facials and she has the ability to calm and clear my very angry and nervous skin. After many decades of suffering I never expected to find relief, but I finally found it here. She is very caring and has the newest techniques and integrates it with the old faithful tricks. The surprise was when I decided to try a diet that they hosted in the office. It is called Serotonin-Plus. I have been on this system since September of 2010 and lost 15 pounds by December and I have kept it off. True I also work out once a week with a trainer at the Sporting Club starting back in September, but that has helped me add muscle and shape-up with the weight loss. I went from a 33inch waist in Sept to 28.5 by the end of October. I followed the diet and took the supplements. I also see Dr. Glat for Botox between the eyes, which makes a big difference in softening my appearance. I owe this group of experts a big thank you for clearing up my skin, getting me to a size 4, and making me look younger. It is a bit embarrassing that I need a team to look and feel healthy, but at 39 I look better than my pimply teens and twenties and thiner than my hefty early thirties – so go team!
