Dazzling Nails

I hardly ever write bad reviews I think, but I had to write one for this place. Word of advice, don’t go here!
I went here with a friend and we both had the worst experience possible! We both had manicure/​pedicures done for $ 37 (on the expensive side). My pedicure started with boiling hot water, which he then turned the faucet on my foot on the hottest setting and burned the top of my left foot. Everything he did after that was extremely painful since my skin was incredibly sensitive after that.
When we had our manicures done, the woman there cut my friends finger with the cuticle trimmer, and then left her to work on someone else’s feet. We had to hold a tissue over her left index finger to stop the bleeding. Then they forgot to add top coat on her manicure and said that they did! We both looked at each other thinking, no they didn’t!
After everything, they never said anything or compensated any of the price, so we tipped them 10% and left.
Worse experience ever. No apologies and no compensation. Just terrible. Don’t go here!

got a pedicure, which included foot scrub & a short leg massage. they do it in a massage chair, which is a nice touch. overall the job was just mediocre though; didn’t really feel it was worth the price.
