Bartlett Tree Experts

I did not actually hire this company — a neighbor was having their tree trimmed today by them. I felt I had to leave a review due to the appalling behavior I witnessed.
While the company was trimming a rather large tree in the neighborhood a squirrel fell out, to the cement ground of another neighbors porch, where it then could not walk and was screaming in pain. The sound was absolutely heartbreaking, assuming this happened by accident it was sad to hear — until the worker in the tree then clearly stated, while laughing «It’s a squirrel. I kicked it out».
Bartlett — I’m not sure if your crew realizes they’re out in the public where people can see and hear what they do, but purposely injuring animals is disgusting behavior and it might be wise to take a second look at the people representing your company.

Scott Thatcher was the first to arrive when we put out the call about storm damage. The tree to be removed was precariously set and we appreciated their responsiveness during what was a very busy time for tree services post-​big storms. Thanks, Bartlett!

These guys were super professional, came in and surveyed what needed to be done, estimated a really reasonable price and then did the work no issues while I was at work. The representative, Stephen, gave us landscaping suggestions that were really creative and above and beyond his job description. Communication was really good. For a business in Bala Cynwyd I was pleasantly surprised at the price quoted. In short they are the best.

I live in Bryn Mawr and have tried all of the local companies. Bartlett has by far been the most prompt and professional company I have tried. As of last year, my shrubs and trees are looking better than ever. I would highly recommend!
