I had the worst customer service that I ever had in a store, from a sales lady named Cynthia she was so rude and arrogant that I will never buy anything in Tiffany again.

The Bal Harbour store is by far has the worst customer service in my experience. I had my wife’s engagement ring resized to an 8 from a size 6. When the ring came back it was sized to 7.5!!!(Which we found out 5 years later) the ring wasn’t checked upon receiving it on my part, but my wife is between a 7.5 to an 8, the ring fit was snug. When I called the store and spoke to the sales manager Monique Perez not only was she rude and condescending and refused to fix their mistake even with a receipt, but lied about servicing preowned tiffany rings, even though I have a receipt which she looked up. Thankfully, the Aventura store is nicer and treat you with respect!!!

I had an excellent experience at the store. I walked in with a piece that someone had given me as a gift without a gift receipt and I explained the sales associates that I wanted to change it. they so gracious agreed to help me pick out any other pieces I wanted and the sterling silver piece I had was not an expensive piece at all. I was able to dry on a variety of items and had no issues when asking for the prize or any information at all then the sales associate proceeded to look up my purchase but couldn’t find it yet still agreed to exchange the items. I walked out of the store with two new pieces that I absolutely loved and today I even got a follow-up email customized to me by the sales associate. Great place to shop at

We just returned from a quick get-away to Bal Harbour… Our precocious 9 year-old son was learning about gems in school and took his interest to a new level… He walked into Tiffany and immediately spotted a ‘rare’ yellow diamond… Katie was kind beyond words – answered his questions and honored his request to ‘hold the yellow diamond ring’ – Soon we were all whisked away to their private room where Katie patiently answered our son’s questions and showed him the stunning ring… We left with a Tiffany book on how to buy diamonds as well as candy sticks in Tiffany blue for both kids… My husband and I thanked the staff repeatedly and one staff member said ‘…someday your son will be shopping for a diamond for a lucky lady – and we hope he remembers his first experience here at Tiffany and is a customer someday’ – We know he will and will never forget their kindness!

Had a problem with my chain… They fixed it on time, reached me by cell phone, so I was informed what’s going on with my piece and I am totally happy with tiffany at Bal Harbour… I

I love Tiffany & Co, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was horrible. My fiancée wanted me to see my birthday present before he got it for me. The person helping us claimed they didn’t carry this certain bracelet he wanted to get me. She didn’t really try to help much. We were so turned off by the experience, we decided to leave and not get anything. I will be sticking other Tiffany & Co stores I have visited in the past where service is much better.

Lets be honest… who doesn’t like Tiffany’s? In fact, we like it so much we bought our wedding bands here. There is just something about Tiffany’s merchandises. Yes, a silver ring is a silver ring. But there is just something about Tiffany’s silver rings that made it look and sound so attractive. I don’t know, maybe its the way the ring boxes look. It’s been a while since we got our rings, and I am afraid since then our fingers got a little«fatter». Therefore we came here and try to get our rings re-sized. The store looks very nice and elegant. Not to mention the two security guards who were standing by the door. We went to the customer service area and the store clerk was very friendly and helpful. We explained what we came to the store for and he was able to help in any way possible trying to find the best way to get our rings fit to our fingers again. Unfortunately, they only would be able to «size-up“rings to a size and half up, and that’s not going to do us any good. But, he didn’t try to up-sell us on getting new rings. Instead he just tried to confirm with the jeweler in making sure that’s the best the jeweler can do. So. at the end, we walked out not getting our rings re-sized, and no plans on getting any new rings anytime soon.

We were looking for a gift. The man who served us was very pushy and kept on recommending the new style when I kept on saying it was too wide for my small hands. And I wanted to see a size bigger but he just refused to show it to me. He just kept on saying«5.5 is your size.» even though it was cutting off my circulation. In the end, we didn’t buy anything because 1. they didnt have my size in the one I wanted. 2. the guy was just annoying. I’ve been to tiffany’s before in NY(where I’m from) and their customer service is definitely much better. They have a bit a more respect for their customers.

I was treated ok here. The service could have been better. Again, sales tax in Florida is reasonable as compared to New York and Chicago.

Visited this store to purchase a wedding gift. Our ‘product’ was not in stock, but the lady that attended us shipped it at no additional cost. I can say our customer service experience was great While price is not cheap(you pay basically pay for the name — although the product is good quality), the item purchase was really nice and quite exciting for the recipients. Happy(fancy) shopping!

Every now and then I like to splurge on myself! Most of those splurges include jewelry from high end designers… and Tiffany is one of my faves. Unfortunately, the Tiffany & Co stores in So Fl are pathetic! Why can’t we have a store on par with the Rodeo or Fifth Avenue locations?! Anyway… I saunter into the teeny weeny Bal Harbor Tiffany intending to spend some gift $$$! I am not one that dresses to the nines to go shopping, and I am far from being a slob. In fact, I always look presentable when I leave my home, and this day was no exception. Apparently, I didn’t look like the Tiffany type that day as the sales woman near the front door, who had nothing going on, acted as if I was invisible. That’s okay. I went over to another counter, and the gentleman that WAS busy with another customer, acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. When he was available, he helped me with my purchase, wrapped up my treat beautifully, and wished me a nice day! Snobby near the front looked shocked that I had actually made a purchase. I gave her an equally fake smile and left. The next day, I decided I wanted to get the gold bangle to match my gold ring. I went back to the same store and Ms Snobby is again up front. This time, she must have remembered me, as she actually offered to assist me! I refused her assistance and asked for the nice gentleman that helped me with the ring. Thankfully, he was there. I spent a lot more on that visit, and Snobby actually came over to see what I was buying. Thankfully, most of the Tiffany & Co staff don’t have that mentality and the service is usually first class! I have never understood how someone working in retail thinks they are better than the customers that are paying their salary! You really shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! I don’t make any assumptions about you and your career in retail!

I love Tiffany. Any Tiffany. This one was on the small side, which was surprising to me. But they had the Tiffany Lock I wanted for Valentine’s Day, and we didn’t have to wait much for service, even right in the middle of V-Day. Not as warm as some of the other Tiffany & Co stores I’ve been in, but I chalked that up to the general attitude of Bal Harbour Shops.(As it’s always been.) The gentleman was friendly enough, though, and efficient.

I love Tiffany & Co. I do not like this Tiffany & Co. They are condescending and have poor customer service. I went in to have my engagement ring repaired as I had pulled a prong. The customer service rep, proceeded to blame it on my wedding band which is made by Mikimoto and insulted my husband by calling it second-rate and blaming it for the pulled prong. The prong pulled on my clothing and we stated that, and the customer service rep wouldn’t let it go. If you want actual customer service go to Merrick Park. They understand that you’re a Tiffany customer regardless of price point and that you don’t have to be wearing the latest Gucci dress with Jimmy Choos and a flashy bag to give you quality service.

Perhaps it was because I knew exactly what items wanted coming into this establishment. I knew what I was exchanging my pendant for, and I knew what I was buying. or it could just be that there are actually nice employees here. But the service was great, the lady was attentive to my questions and needs, and made sure everything was nicely gift packaged and just NICE! :) If I need to go to Tiffany’s again, it WILL Be to this particular spot.
