Rag & Bone

I fell in love with Rag & Bone at Nordstrom at Merrick Park. December 10^th was my birthday and I went to Bal Harbour Shops to treat myself to Tory Burch and to my surprise there was an actual Rag & Bone store there.
I got the dark blue denim I originally wanted and the store ordered a black pair from L.A. to Bal Harbour. I couldn’t make it in on December 13^th, so I called and paid for it to be delivered to my home.
I was on holiday travels and on December 24^th I called about my order and they were in shock I wasn’t provided with an email order confirmation and tracking number for the shipment.
They finally gave me a tracking number and it reflected the jeans were delivered on December 15^th at 10:36am and left at my door with no signature. The Rag & Bone store has me doing their dirty work and directed me to open a case with FedEx and try to get a refund.
I want my damn jeans!, Rag & Bone should provide a refund and/​or the jeans them selves and file their own damn claim.
I am beyond livid!
