History

Established in 2003.

Started out in Saint George Utah helping my dad restore and refinish pianos and during those first few years he taught me how to tune. Over time I ventured off on my own and moved to Las Vegas and did piano work for Family Music Centers and Southern Nevada Music. I am currently located in Bakersfield Ca. and do most my work for Kern Piano Mall.

Garrett did a wonderful job with my piano. It hadn’t been tuned in a number of years and had some keys that wouldn’t strike. I thought it probably was a hopeless situation. One that would cost more than it was worth. However,
He was able to resolve the issue with the keys and tune it, for a reasonable price.
I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

Garrett tackled the used 50 year-​old spinet piano I’d purchased, which was sorely in need of repair and tuning. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and is both professional and friendly in his demeanor. I felt he went above and beyond in providing excellent service — thoroughly cleaning, repairing, and finally tuning. He even thought to find and install handles for the fall board for no charge, which my piano had been missing.
His prices are very reasonable, especially for the time and effort he put in. He is also willing to come in the late afternoon or evening, which is very helpful if you work during the day. I would highly recommend him, and I will definitely be calling him when it comes time to tune the piano again.
