When I wanted to purchase this alarm system I was told by them, we are the Rolls Royce of the alarm companies, and we can hear the intruders before they brake in.
But when the time came for 14 minuts the intruders were cutting our Iron gate with electric saw off and on, while the central station was able to hear the introders before they brake in, but they did nothing about it unless it was too late, the intruders were in.
I asked why they did not call me or Police earlier, thair respond was we thought it was a leaf blower, at 4:00 AM.
To me they did the job of a cheap $ 9.99 pet month motion sensor company, but 10 times the price.
And thair installation was terrible, they had to come back 7 times and 3 different installer to get it working correctly.
