I started Skinny Dippers with a simple idea in mind, «Offer exceptional service without ripping off the customer». I have seen companies take advantage of customers because of the realization that the average consumer has minimal knowledge of their pools and equipment. If there is ever a problem with the pool or equipment I explain everything to the clients. I inform them why it is not working correctly and what steps are needed to fix the problem.
