We’ve been taking our dog here for the past year to be boarded. Initially we were satisfied with the care and attention our puppy received. We liked the amount of space he had to roam around in the kennel as well as the indoor and outdoor space. However the past few times we’ve taken him we’ve been less than happy. The inside of the kennel is dark and dirty. The woman at the desk is rude — telling my husband that our dog did so well at the kennel, but when I would go to pick him up she would tell me what an awful dog he was. Even warning other customers to be aware when I’d walk him by. Our dog is friendly, trained, walks beside me, and does not bark or jump up on people. On more than one occasion she has complained that our dog rolls around in his feces, however every time we’ve picked him up he’s clean and they haven’t washed or groomed him. I was lectured for dropping off/​picking up my dog at 5:30 pm even though the kennel closes at 6:00 pm — the woman said it caused her to have to do more paperwork. When other customers have gone to pick up their dogs the woman opens the kennel door and let’s their dogs run out freely into the office — the dogs urinating on my feet as they run by. This makes it difficult to handle my dog when another dog is jumping and barking at us with no leash. We will not be taking our dog here any longer.

I love this place.. They have reasonable rates.

Typically my dogs hair comes out fine no complaints there. However, when I take my dogs to this kennel it is an all day thing,. My dogs were dropped off at 8 in the morning. No call or word about my dogs at 4pm, so I call and they are just beginning on my 1^st of 4 dogs. Needless to say my dogs were not done until 7pm and spent their day in a cage. One dog needs meds which they were willing to give when needed, but it was not given. If you cant get a dog in then it is only convenient and right to have the dogs dropped off closer to the time they can get groomed and not be locked in cages all day for no reason.

Wonderful place to take your pet. Clean, well cared for, and IAMS food given.
