Absolutely disgusting people nothing but liars all the way to the top — Granny should be behind bars for lying about selling our RV and pocketing the money — we have filed Grand Theft on our 56,000 RV, they told us it sold but yet our finance company has NEVER HAD AN INQUIRER About the pay off, their attorney is just as shady as they are… hope they all go to prison!

I have interacted with the people at R.V. Peddler for many years & found them to be professional & courteous… esp. the owner Fay. This is a tough, competitive business, & every business has problems & criticisms. If you give this company a chance… you will get a «Fair Deal.» I promise.

It wouldn’t let me post without putting a star. As I understand, the RV Peddler is closed & declared Bankruptcy. We have friends that received a letter from an attorney because they had a consignment at the location in Yuma. Their RV is not on the lot here in Yuma, so they think it must be in California.

I took my RV there in May. It sold at some point last year and I am still waiting to get paid. I am put off every week with another story as to why there not a check. I don’t trust them and I would NEVER recommend them. I don’t believe in their integrity.

Update: we went in a talked with the owner and explained everything we have been through with her company. She was very sincere. She was willing to do just about anything to make us happy. So we looked at a few trailers and decided to go home and talk about our options. After about a week we went back up there looked at the trailers again and wanted to see what kind of deal they would be willing to work. So after all is said and done we got more back for the trailer then we bought it for. We are waiting for them to finish up the one we upgraded to. We should get it this next week. When we get the new trailer I will update again. For now I am happy with what has happened.

if i could give a negative 5 for this place i would… this is my second terrible review as they had my first removed. run as fast as possible from this horrible place. absolutely the most ridiculous lack of service from their finance department.
news flash rude finance manager who was smoking at the front door… i could have paid cash for anything on that lot. good riddens.

Worst customer service experience ever. I would give 0 stars if possible. Complete LACK of communication and no one was willing to take the time to even clear up misunderstandings or failures on any employees part. GM was by far the rudest person I have dealt with. VERY unprofessional. If possible, do business elsewhere and never do consignment with your trailer here!

I must guess that chemistry is important to any relationship. We placed our coach on consignment at RV Peddler. Were there some bumps in that relationship? Of course. Were they smoothed over? also yes. Adam, Ken, Mike, Fay, and Ken Searcy, all did exactly as they committed. Our coach was sold at our asking price, and our net was delivered. Once the deal was made, there was a delay over which the dealership had no control, and I was aware. I was almost scared off by the negative reviews, but I decided to find out for myself and it was a very positive and mutually beneficial decision. I would recommend the dealership, and I would buy there as well. Understanding how deals work BEFORE you go there is essential.

How I hate giving negative reviews but this one was earned. After damage was done to my RV I asked RV Peddler if they would give an estimate. I was given promise after broken promise. They were going to do it after the car show, after the funeral, not this week. Apparently my business isn’t very important to them. After a month of emailed promises and now 3 months of waiting I got another company to do it… Thanks for the runaround Jim! (manager of service department) By the way, when I asked if there was a charge for the estimate… he was going to charge me $ 250! The other companies were free… apparently he is very proud of his bad service.
I will be buying another RV in the next 3 weeks… guess where I am NOT going to buy it?
I called RV Peddler… they said he left the company (apparently without letting anyone know of his pending jobs).2^nd time they had hired him! wow They also called me back and said they would like to make it right but the estimate is done now… so I guess that boat has sailed

I raised the starts to 4 as they responded to my complaint on here! that is dedication to good service and it should not be held against them because an employee wasn’t as dedicated to good service as they were. Good to know management cares.

first of all, let me start by saying we love our motorhome we bought from RV Pedler. But, to recommend friends or family
! I think they are disorganized and unprofessional. strike one was when we went to go pick it up. They said it would take 2days to get it ready. It took 6. We were on our one and a half our trip to pick it up, and I had a bad feeling it wasn’t ready. I called them, and sure enough it wasn’t.thanks for the phone call. The next day when we got there to pick it up, we still had to wait. I think the sales dept. promises the customer, before even checking in with the poor overworked service dept. Strike two was when it took over 4months for us to get our registration for our m.h. we had the bank calling us, the dmv sending us nasty letters. And, our old m.h. We traded in was still in our
should not take that long to get that handled. I called numerous times. sometimes they would call back, sometimes not. I really don’t want to bag on these people, but come on .When people spend that much money on something, they should walk away feeling confident that things are going to be taken care of properly.
