We would like to use them more but have been by twice in two weeks and they are closed. Today is Jan 2, their website and a neon sign in their window both say they are open, but they are closed. They were closed for several days last week also. I know I know it’s the holidays but we have had the same problem for two weeks with our pool filter and taking four days off for each holiday is tough for customers. Especially when we drive by other stores to go there because their website is not maintained. Anyhow, been to Leslie’s pool supply 3 times in two weeks, went to Rosedale first each time.

This is a friendly, local neighborhood business that feels much more personable than chain stores. The associates seem to really enjoy helping customers. They are knowledgeable, and I have never felt uncomfortable asking any question… no matter how simple or obvious. They were recommended to me by a neighbor.

Great Pool and Spa supplies, but the best thing is the friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST service people! Lawrence is GREAT! The people in the store know their stuff, too.
