I have used Rand for many years. They have really slid downhill since the loss of the long time manager. Had a problem with a screwed up invoice, tried to work with them and they refused to fix it. Makes extra work for us. One day there will be a viable alternative.

I paid $ 10 to get a typing certification from this office and it was a complete waste of money! The computer was in the lobby and set up on a table with a regular table chair so it was too low to be comfortable to type on. The keyboard was broken and wobbled through the entire test. At the end of the test they told me they wouldn’t print out the certificate for me because I didn’t score high enough — I got 40 wpm with 2 errors. I asked if I could retake the test but was told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes to take it again. I left and went to Snelling where I took the exact same test and scored 54 wpm because they had the computer on a computer desk with an appropriate chair and keyboard that worked! If you are looking for a professional office to either register with or hire from I would NOT recommend RAND! Run away and fast!
