Very impressed. Called in the morning and Chris had me bring it in that day. Looked at it when I got there and figured out the leak… no big deal. Then had one of his guys drive it so he could hear the clunking sound. Then Chris drove it to get that perspective and have his guy listen. Final results replace the u joints at a reasonable price. I will bring all our cars to him. And done that day’ Thorough, trustworthy, and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

I’ve never had a problem here first of all. I’ve brought all my vehicles to Chris after i was sick and tired of using the dealership for my repairs.
Chris is very inexpensive for the work that they do, every time i bring my cars to him he always reviews my options and prices. He also goes over what kind of parts he can use. I really appreciate this as most places just add whatever parts and charge you the most that they can.
Chris and his wife vickey are really pleasent people to deal with. My mother brings her car in to their shop for everything and half of the time they either don’t charge her of if they do it’s considerably less expensive than the Mercedes dealership wants to charge her.
Their service is also very fast. I drive 2 cars and I always tell them to take their time as I know their shop can get very backed up, but they always have my car out by the end of the day when i bring it in in the morning.
Very honest people who do good work.

Very affordable. Can usually accomplish a time-​sensitive job if they’re not busy. I’d pick them first.

I thought these people were very honest and I would take my car to get repaired all the time but once I got a different car the transmission needed to get replaced they told my to rebuild it would cost 1700 I told them to go ahead and fix it once I went to pick up my car they told me it was a rebuilt transmission and I have a year warranty about a month or so my car started acting up and I was going to take it in but needed the car at the time so 3 months passed and I go to take it in they told me I only had a 90 day warranty because they pulled it out of a junkyard if I paid you that much money why would I have you pull it out of a junkyard doesn’t make any sense I just recently got a transmission from another shop and he told me that the transmission was complete junk and he couldn’t believe they did that to me they didn’t even check anything on the transmission and just threw it in that was the last time I went to that place and will never go again I just wasted my money that I could have spent on other things for my daughter I wouldn’t trust them to look at my car I honestly don’t know how they have a lot of business because they just use junkyard parts you’re better off going to pick a part and doing the work yourself.

Great people. Ethical — tells it like it is– and they hustle to get the work done. Price is very fair compared to other shops in the area (and if they are honest with you, PA is a great bargain).
You can speak with them about your problem, they will come out from under the hoods or the office and do a 911 diagnostic on the spot and tell you want you may or may not need. I like that — they take the time to speak with you and not hustle you like other shops in town. Everyone hates it when the mechanic hustles you and you feel cheated like some banker stole your house in foreclosure.
PA does a great job. They even drive you home or pick you up if you live in the local area (Alta Vista, BC area, maybe within a short 5 – 10 min drive — just ask them). I worked with them a few times and they have done it: fix it, priced it fair, gave good relationship and gave me positive jives to work with them again.
Mind you — they worked on a BMW and fixed it in a day. Next I need to send my MBNZ over for some brake work.
