Best time to walk in is mornings during the week. Very Accommodating Spa, will stay late for clients who walk in at last minute as long as clients are in store. Cons: You have to keep track of your services performed to compare with services charged for. IE if you have a mani/pedi, you need to be sure to note the type of mani/pedi and be sure all services are preformed that are to come with that mani/pedi. My husband is always given an option of as: Green Tea, Cappuccino, etc. however I am never offered an option.

The customer service is awful. Definite language barrier, and it doesn’t seem like they even try to communicate. As far as the actual service, it’s not bad, but again they are rude & I couldn’t get out there faster

I started going there since it is close to my home. I went after work around 6. They had me wait. Meanwhile all the employees where leaving an older man had to do my nail’s. He is the owner of the establishment. He scolded me for coming in so late and that all his employees had left and he had his dad picking him up and now had wait. I told him it was not my fault. His wife asked me to wait up front! His wife and him started arguing in a different language… I was so furious! Here I am, supposed to have a relaxing time and this a$$ was scolding me! My daughter and I had pedis together. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. I love the fact that they have a clear price sheet describing the services. I have been other places where it’s a big mystery until you pay. Or they ask if you want another service(like paraffin) but don’t say how much it costs. We payed 52 for two pedis, one upgraded to a sugar scrub/callous removal and polish for my daughter on her hands too. He even cut her nails too.

I’ve been here on two occasions for a manicure and pedicure. QUALITY: slightly below average. Both times, my manicurist rushed through the process. The shaping/filing was sloppy. I wish they’re more thorough in their cleaning, cutting, and shaping. I always end up reshaping my own nails afterwards. SERVICE: I understand there’s a language barrier, but a smile is universally understood. So please smile! I promise you’ll get more tip this way. PRICES: I could’ve sworn I paid only 15 dollars for my basic pedicure on my last visit. Now its 20. Did they raise the price? I go here because its down the street from my apt, but I would migrate elsewhere if I could find a better place. Any suggestions Unilocalers?

FIrst off I have been going there for 6 months and it has been a pleasant experience, until this last time, They say that they will take your Credit or debt card, but they really don’t want to and they want to use there atm inside, I told the owner of the story I would like to use my visa card and not use his atm and he got mad at me and told me to bring cash next time or I will have to used the atm, he did not want to get charged the fee for the credit card machine. I was not impressed with him at all and he is the owner really??? The service sucked! I got the wrong color of acrylic put on mjy nails and when I told her it was the wrong color she tried to argue with me, and I got a pedi too and the girl cut me like 3 time. I will not be back.

They do a really good job!!! But be prepared to pay a lot… they are extremely over priced… full set with spa pedicure and gels …$ 100.00 yikes!!! So that means my spa pedicure that was supposed to be 35.00 was $ 50.00 …(maybe you guys should tell your customers its 15.00 more for gels !!! And they dont take credit cards which is very inconvenient. …but they really are the best with pedicures!!!

First time here — I’ve always just driven by but I went in and Tina gave me a great pedicure, manicure AND waxed my eyebrows for only $ 60. This is a steal in such a great neighborhood. I’m definitely going back and would recommend it to everyone! It did take a few minutes for one of the 10 people in there to look up and greet me — maybe it’s not their job but it was a little awkward just standing there lol. Side note — they prompt you to use their ATM machine but they allow you to charge your credit card AND leave a tip on the card. Just a heads up –they want you to use the ATM machine because they are charged 3−5% every time they swipe a credit card and they have to pay it to the machine company. Stand your ground and use the credit card machine if you want to! :) Otherwise, a great experience!

i went here on a week day and there were only three people working. they were very slow and rude. I got a full set of white tips and it has only been about a week and they are already starting to lift. and their constantly trying to push you into getting something more. even after i told them 5 times no

Just recently got a deluxe pedicure with an add on manicure and was very impressed. The polish is clean– no bumps. I had an older gentleman who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The only issue I had was that they charged $ 5 extra for my manicure since I had my nails buffed instead of polished. didn’t really make sense to me that it was more, since it took less time and materials to buff them… Anyway, I still give them 4 stars :) I will be going back.

I LOVE this place! Pedicures are awesome here. They have a comfortable salon and very nice stylists. I’ve gotten a couple manicures here, and they were just so-so. However, I always get my pedicures here, and they are always GREAT! Super friendly staff too.

Very pleased with the service! Accommodated getting a gel fill and spa pedicure at the same time. Staff was friendly and quite pleasant. Facility was clean and had a great atmosphere! If I lived in the area I would definitely go back.

I got hooked up a birthday pedicure with my wife and daughter today. It’s been a few months since my last one. This lady was going to earn her money today. I spent $ 40 and she did a nice job. Time to pull out the sandals. I should be ready for my world foot modeling tour very soon thanks to Princess Nails & Spa 3

This place is great! I’ve been getting my nails done here for years! When I first discovered this nail salon, I had acrylic nails. They had amazing colors that I’d never seen. My favorite had a light shimmer to it, but was basically nude colored with white tip /french nail look. I no longer wear acrylics, but I visit here often for the pedicures. They have a row of 9 massage pedicure chairs. I love to go when they are busy, because they let me sit in the massage chairs with warm water gushing about my feet while they finish the other clients. They have a variety of different pedicure options ranging in price from $ 20 for a basic pedicure all the way up to $ 50 to get all the additional frills(see the price chart in the pictures). A manicure for my natural nails is only $ 10 – 15 extra. The pedicures at other nail salons are good, but this particular salon does an amazingly thorough job of getting rid of my calluses. I am a dancer who really should take better care of my feet(I’ve received gently chiding advice from the girls who work here many times to use coco butter moisturizer on them). The other salons make a show of gelling and pumicing my calluses, but I can always still feel the remnants of them. Here, they always do a very thorough job of removing them. They advertise that they use premium products on you. I’ve certainly never had a reaction to them, and I can tend to have sensitive skin at times. They also have a nice little room in the back where they do waxing, very relaxing atmosphere. I think the only thing that would kick them up to that 5th star would be if they served me a glass of wine, well… maybe not.
