This rating is based on the Owners business skills! Or lack thereof! I am truly disappointed with Clayton(the owner’s) character! I thought he was a stand up guy! I had ordered a bed frame, dinning set, Tv stand, fireplace insert and living room chair. This was my second time doing business with him. When I ordered the bed frame I had asked for a grey fabric panel. The Bed frame arrived and it was a metallic leatherette. He made a mistake so I didn’t buy it. Then I ordered the rest of my furniture waited two months. He was supposed to deliver to San diego. The furniture arrives and the Tv stand is the wrong one. When I contact him he says no problem just send it back but I cant order you the one you wanted. His lack of attention to detail really puzzles me! That TV stand sat in his showroom for a month! How difficult would it have been to double check the model numbers?! He didn’t care that we waited this long for our furniture and this was the second time he had made a mistake! Worst was the lack of effort he put into correcting his mistake! After I politely expressed my dissatisfaction in this matter and requested for him to wave off $ 250 of delivery fee, he said he would wave off only $ 50. He went on about how he hates doing deliveries and how he doesn’t like to make orders off text messages. WTF does that have anything to do with the fact that He ordered the wrong thing! And didn’t verify it when it arrived in his showroom?! Like no big deal for his mistake, if I didn’t like it «I can send the stuff back because he has No problem selling it in his showroom!!!» Wow!!! After I have referred many people to him and ramped about how nice he is!!! What’s worst is that the people who work for him seemed more sorry than he did!!! Clayton the customers are your business! Anyone can make a mistake! But its all in how you fix it that defines you as a businessman or not! Wish you luck with your business!
