Meet the Manager
Joel H.
Manager
Joel has been active in the Bakersfield music scene since 1994. An accomplished percussionist, he has performed with a number of different groups, most notably CSUB’s Jazz Ensemble and Musica da Camera, Bakersfield’s Municipal Band, and the rock groups Seed and The Royal Scam.
Prior to joining Nick Rail, Joel was assistant store manager at Stockdale Music from 1995 through 2003. Following that he temporarily withdrew from retail to focus on live performance and building a private teaching studio.
