Don’t waste your time looking any further for excellent service. This place is hands down the best in town. Sam and everyone that I met here were all pro! If other businesses in bako had the same care and attitude with customers this town would be a much better place to live.

Hands down this repair facility is the best in town, I have had a few things happen to me that have looked really bad, car wise but every time Neiras takes care of me .I have never had 1 issue with this facility the work is over the top fit and finish are perfect. If you love your car and it has been in an accident take it here you will not regret it one bit.

We had obtained several other estimates from what were known to be reputable body shops in Bakersfield. It was amazing the difference in price and service when we went to the other shops.
Neira’s by far from the minute you walk in to the time you finish getting your estimate it was such a top notch experience by far.
The office was clean, cool on the hot summer day and Sam explained everything in detail, also was able to keep our emblems too, none of this «we have to replace all of them, we can’t use any of the ones you have». Now that’s honesty in business.
When we brought it in, it was effortless and smooth. And it was done when promised too.
