Mr Mattress

They have maybe 15 things in the store, the rest is catalog. When my wife and I walked in looked at the «vast, various» selection of 2 couches he had we turned around to leave. Well the owner said «you can go to MOR but their prices will send you running back to me» in a snarky tone. Mr. mattress is not worth the time to drive to.

I’ve had my bedset for less than 3 months and the bed frame has already broken. I sent pictures to the email as requested and get a phone call stating my warranty probably won’t cover it. Stating the bed was pushed and then pulled. Where I then had to correct the representative and told them only two things happen in the bed: sleep and grown people’s business. So I pretty sure that’s what the bed is made for I don’t understand how its not covered under warranty. I will not recommend this company to anyone. And it’s too bad, because I was originally content with my purchase.

I recently purchased a mattress from this place. An Eastern KingTuxedo Firm. I was not informed this was a special order. I was simply informed the mattress would be delivered in a week. 3 delays later I received the mattress. The mattress was hard as a rock. After sleeping on it for 3 days I decided to inquire about my return or exchange options. The woman who helped me in the store, who was very nice to me, was quite the opposite on the phone. She immediately became defensive and interrupting me when I spoke. She told me I could not return the mattress because it was a special order and if I wanted to exchange it the cost would be $ 145 restock fee and $ 45 pick up. I had no choice on delivery/​return option. This was information that was not told to me when I paid the nearly $ 1,000 for the mattress. I was not upset when I called, but I sure was when I hung up. I will not recommend any friends or family to this store. This left a bad impression on me, like going to a used car dealership.

We just moved from FL. And we were very nervous about buying furniture from just anywhere and get ripped off or have a bad turn out! We saw Mr. Mattress online and decided to give it a try! We walk in and was helped by Hector. He took care of us right away and gave us really good deals (very nice and patient guy)! We got our furniture delivered 2 days after we purchased, which was very quick! We purchased a Sectional, Dining table, and a TV stand. We did have a problem with the table having a small broken piece (this can happen anywhere) but, they took care of really quick and replaced it with no problem!!! Brandon and Albert are very good as well. Would definitely shop here again. Customer Service here is AWESOME!!! Thanks again guys!!!

This is the only place I buy furniture, it’s good quality, they have the best prices, and the customer service is amazing. The owners are usually there, and they’re super friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I discovered mr mattress, this is the place I recommend to everyone!

Boooo… On this place for reals cuz my client got bed bugs from her chair the told her no u didn’t cuz we have a bug spray guy come and do the OUTSIDE WTF… This place sucks

Least personal experience I have ever had. I shopped this place first because I remembered the lame commercials from when I was a kid. The lady that «helped me» assumed my only goal was to spend as little as possible. I’m still looking for a bed.

We just purchased a mattress from Chris at Mr. mattress. We came in when they were closing and he turned the lights on and still helped us. Having worked in retail, I always hate customers who come in when I’m trying to close, but he was very welcoming. We came back Friday, and purchased a mattress from them. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. When we need to purchase a couch in the near future, I think we will definitely return.

The staff at Mr Mattress was very helpful in helping us choose a beautiful and comfortable bed. The office manager Brands returned phone calls and also gave us a very fair price, and Christian the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. Eve the 2 delivery men were kind and considerate.
I would recommend this business to anyone.

This place has fake prices I just saw 2 items from Craigslist once i go there they said it by mistake they just want the customer walk in at store

Best service! Love my mattress. Mr Mattress knows his stuff and helped me find the mattress that was just right for me! Unlike goldilocks I didn’t even have to keep trying to find the right one. He asked me some questions and listened carefully toy responses then led me to a mattress that was less expensive than the one I had initially tried out when I walked through the door. After trying a few, I bought his first suggestion. Now a couple months later, I sleep like a baby! Thanks M.M.

Stopped in to check prices, found them very helpful, answered all our questions and helped us pick out an econimical and logical purchase to fit our needs and price range. Also had item in stock… so were able to take home…

Back in ¹²⁄₁₃ we purchased our mattress set from Brenda at Mr. Mattress. They bend over backward to keep you happy. No high pressure tactics here to get you to buy today only, as name brand stores try. Just great products and great prices to boot. We purchased a memory gel which feels just like the day we bought it. No complaints.
If and when we need to purchase any other mattresses or furniture we will buy from them again.
We waited until now to give our review since we never owned this type of mattress before and wanted to really try it out before writing this.

Family business. They work amazingly hard to make every customer happy. They have spent over 40 years in the retail furniture business. Great products… Great prices!

This place has horrible customer service. They are very nice prior to making a sale, but you better hope you don’t get defective furniture because they are horrible to deal with. Brenda is rude and a total b*tch and her husband Jim is a huge a**hole who made threats to get physical while on the phone. This is a horrible place to shop. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

This is an amazing family business. The owners are wonderful honest people who work hard for their customers. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Mr. Mattress and will definitely be making all future purchases here!
