History

Established in 1988.

McWilliams & Walden was established in 1988 by Jim McWilliams and Paul Walden. In October of 1995, Gary Massie purchased the business and has continued to build and grow a loyal customer base. Gary moved from the original shop (located at Niles St. & Descanso St.) to a larger brand new shop on E. Brundage Ln. in February 2006 in order to keep up with the increased demand for services. Prepare to grab your ankles. Prices were over $ 100 over other quotes for the same exact repair. I didn’t know this until it was too late. Go elsewhere, unless you like throwing your hard-​earned money out the window. I took my car here because of the positive reviews. I wasn’t so lucky. Very disappointed with the price and service. Never would I recommend.

I created a Unilocal account just so i could write a review about these guys. They are outstanding AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty for customer satisfaction ! I live in Hanford and will drive all the way to Bakersfield just to get my car worked on here. They are just as good if not BETTER than the dealership, so save a couple bucks and get some quality work from these guys

It really doesn’t get any better than this shop. I have had three of my cars worked on here. I have referred family members and co workers to this shop. They are the best, I just cant say enough.
