I’ve always had great service here. Went here last week(inside) to try the new kiosk thingies. Our food was ready in 5 minutes and brought to our table. I’ve gotten ice cream here too, every time I’ve requested it, so I have no idea why another reviewer is so upset about that. This McDonalds has always satisfied me. The only thing I’m sad about is they no longer serve honey mustard… :’(

This McDonald’s often does not serve ice cream and shakes. They always act like we are crazy when we ask for some. Irritating.

We call this the fancy McDonald’s. When this location first opened, it was amazing! It’s beautiful. Completely updated furniture, chandeliers, a television, wifi, and more! This location is always clean. The customer service at times can be hit or miss, but usually it’s pretty good. At the beginning the customer service was amazing, then it changed. It was actually pretty bad and I didn’t want to go back. But, recently, it has gotten a lot better. They now have self serve kiosks that are pretty handy. Whenever we want to treat the boys to McDonald’s, this is the location we go to because it’s the best in town and is closest to our home. If you haven’t been here, you need to try it. It’s the most upscale McDonald’s ever!

Best Mac Donald’s in town! Always clean and the employees are friendly. Bathrooms are well kept and floors are clean. Definitely recommend this Mac Donald’s to anyone.

I never review fast food but this one definitely needs to be reviewed, I went in after work time was just after 8pm and ordered the all day breakfast to go and everything was fine until I got home which the drive was less than 5 minutes away our McMuffins were super hard the muffins were like a rock and to make it worse the inside was like they were already made and the just microwaved it when we ordered them and I guessing this is what they did so they wouldn’t have to deal with the all day breakfast menu. SMH I definitely will scratch this place off our late night places to eat.

I don’t normally review fast food joints, because they’re usually pretty similar. USUALLY nothing sticks out. But this place definitely did. I was interested because it’s one of those McDonald’s with a «create your own burger» gimmick. You’re allowed to customize and put things together, like the Counter or Stacked. This is only available dine-in customers, which obviously makes sense. But the service here was absolutely abhorrent. We saw a long line at the drive-thru so we went inside. They had these touch-screen ordering machines, which allowed you to order and pay. You register a transponder, which is supposed to vibrate when the order is ready. About 20 minutes later, our food was still not ready, so I went to the counter. At most McDonald’s, the workers ask what you need when you’re standing there with an annoyed look and crossed arms. At this one, they took five minutes to simply ask, «Did you need something?» I asked them when our order would be ready, and they said soon. When we finally received our order, we found that the ketchup dispenser was empty, so I went to the counter again to ask for ketchup. Once again, it took a few minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence, and they finally asked what I needed. Overall, I think they’re trying too hard to be modern, but they’re understaffed and under-trained. The customer service is nonexistent. It took 50 minutes for the entire experience. That is not fast food!

Wowzers! That’s the only word I could think of that describes my experience at this location today. It took forever for someone to acknowledge my presence and take my order(about 3 – 4 minutes, which in fast food world, is an eternity), despite the 15 people standing in the kitchen and behind the counter. Then when I tried to place my simple order, the lady behind the counter seemed confused. I ordered a big kids meal with a hamburger-plain, with chocolate milk and a GoGurt; a chocolate chip frappé and an ice cream cone. This is how the convo went:(I won’t use her name cause I don’t feel like it matters) Lady: Huh, it won’t let me click on the GoGurt, but I will just click apple slices and exchange it for you. Me: uh, ok. That’s fine. Lady: So, I have a happy meal– Me: Big kids meal Lady: Soo, you don’t want a happy meal? Me: I want the big kids meal Lady: blank stare Me: you know, the bigger happy meal? It comes with small fries instead of tiny fries? Lady: So you want a regular meal? Me: Blank stare. No, the big kids meal! She was clearly confused and had to ask a manger if they had a big kids meal. At that point, I looked at the menu and realized that she was confused because I had said«big kids meal with a HAMBURGER» instead of «MCDOUBLE» which is what comes with it. Smh So she finishes my order and hands me the receipt. As soon as I sit down and look at my receipt, I noticed that she charged me for 2 frappes, one being an «upcharge» for the big kids meal, and no milk. Soooo I had to ask a manager for a refund on the second frappé. THEN, my son’s food came out with tiny fries and the hamburger was NOT plain. So, again, I walked to the counter and told a different lady that it was supposed to come with small fries and she said«nope. big kids meals come with those tiny fries.» I just looked directly at the manager who had to tell her that they, in fact, come with small fries. REALLY?! And I’ve seen these ladies in there before, for a few months now, so I know they aren’t new or training, so what’s the problem here? I dunno, it seems as though ever since they installed those ordering kiosks, everyone’s just confused back there! Get it together, please!

This McDonald’s either has a terrible manager that can’t train their employee’s correctly or doesn’t care about quality customer service. They never get your order right and they argue with you instead of fixing their mistakes. They use to cut off breakfast 30 mins early on weekends so wrong, and claimed they were different then all the other McDonald’s. Now that they have a limited breakfast menu all day my husband gets to their drive thru 15 mins early orders by 11:01 and they have no egg whites for the egg white delights c’mon I’ve ordered at other McDonald’s at exactly 11am and they have extra egg to make me at least one sandwich… i think this McDonald’s on Stockdale and buena vista should change management and start training or changing their ways of operating, I’ve seen a lot of angry costumers in the drive thru. They need to understand the customer is always right and even if you don’t agree or think so… NEVERRUDELYARGUEWITHCUSTOMERS!

Ok, McDonald’s is McDonald’s. But this one is different. The interior looks NOT like a McDonald’s! It’s gorgeous inside lol. Crazy right?! But check it out yourself! You can model your home kitchen after it! ;) The bathrooms are always clean, as is the rest of the place. Plus, they bring your food to your table! As for the food, well, like I said before, it’s McDonald’s. The food is as good as any other McD’s. However you feel about McD’s you’ll feel here as well, just in nicer surroundings haha. The drive through is fast and I’ve never gotten an order wrong at this location(although, we usually only order a happy meal for my son and how hard is it to put one of those together)? Anyway, it’s a decent place. But seriously, go inside! You’ll be transported to a very nice place that serves crazy basic fast food! lol

Considering there is not a lot of fast food/drive thru available in this area, the convince is nice when you have a couple of kids who are really wanting something to eat and you want something fast. This is your typical McDonalds; nothing really special about it. I will say the line moves pretty fast, but we were here at a non-peak time. The staff is friendly enough, but it did seem like they had a little bit of a problem hearing or understanding us from the drive thru speaker since they had to clarify our items ordered several times. At least they got the items correct.

I usually go at night after work, everything is usually cool. Go today and placed order. I guess the cashier went deaf from taking orders all day. I ordered a. Chicken sandwich add tomatoe and cheese light mayo. She repeated«ok what kind of salad. Then I ordered a small fry«ok you said a large fry» ok by now I’m ready to give this fat bitch a Q –tip. So she got my order right and gave me my total it was 4.81. I had a 20.00 bill plus what I thought was .81 cents to get back 16.00 bucks even. So she opens the window and starts handing me change. I said well I have u the change she replied well it was only .79 cents not .81 cents. My blood was boil because of this fat bitch and her pettiness !!! I told her why didn’t u just tell me that befor u completed the transaction ??? I got a dum look. So I gave her a dime. She told me well I can’t open the drawer until a Manager comes… Umm okayyy??? Soooo??? So she corrected it and I collected my food at the window. The fries were stale so I parked to not hold up the line and had my daughter go inside and wait. I got the fries with a free sandwich couple. Only problem is the shit is expired !!! We all know mc Donald’s doesn’t give away much for free. So I’m sure I’m going to have a hellava time trying to use a couple outdated. I would rather not bother with hat additional headache.

They never get my order correct. No matter what I order. The need to start listening to what people ask for. And if someone tells you that there order is wrong DONT argue with them. Just fix it.

I’ve ordered the same thing at McDonald’s for years. Nothing crazy. Today the crewmember argued with me over the order. I ended up getting just a drink. I can understand policy changes but you don’t have to be a jerk about it when ppl ask politely why

Not too much better than your typical fast food joint, however my daughter didn’t like her toy in her kids meals and wanted to change it out. We asked Roger if they had a particular one, and after searching to the bottom of their bin at the register area and not finding it, he went tithe back of the building and came back with it two or three minutes later. I thought that was first class, and made my daughters day.

Soo slow and constantly screws up orders. I’ve gotten a lot of free food from here because of it but I would rather it just be right and fast. it would help if there was another drive thru in this shopping center.

It’s McDonalds… you know what they serve and you have your own personal feelings about their food. However, this is a new store, not very busy, super clean, and they provide quick service.
