Absolutely horrible the week before Christmas I was driving to work on the 58^th and one of the tow truck guys literally swerved cut me off and then I pulled up by him and he started laughing at me I called the number on the back of the towing company they were absolutely rude had no consideration obviously don’t care about their drivers they said a manager would call me here we are two weeks later and still no phone call at least a sorry very unprofessional I wouldn’t never use them especially if that they have employees that way you would think that he would have wavelike sorry something instead of laughing and he literally was speeding so I wouldn’t catch up but I just got the number down and it was I believe his drivers 16 who ever drove it on that Saturday morning and it was still raining I don’t know why somebody would act that way especially on the freeway and especially it being slippery but I never got a phone call to explain how sorry they were anything it literally like scared me so I may have not had an experience with him by telling my car or anything but just being on the freeway with somebody driving like that is ridiculous and I would never ever about to use them as a towing company very unprofessional, the only reason they are getting a star is because I have to give it to in order to post but I wouldn’t rate them anything

Lewis Towing sets the bar for great customer service. My wife and I were caught in the 10÷16÷15 flood on SR 58 and looked like we needed towing. We contacted Angela at Lewis and she advised that because of all the stranded trucks/​cars, that the CHP had corralled all towing trucks in the area. We were now having to spend the night in Tehachapi. Angela asked if there was anything else she could help us with and we explained our plight. She offered to try to find a hotel room in Tehachapi and would get back to us. 10 minutes later Angela called back and had found and reserved a room for us! The next time I’m in the Bakersfield/​Tehachapi area, I almost hope we break down so I can use the great service which Lewis Towing provides.

On 07÷21÷15, I was getting ready to head to work early around 7:15 in the morning when I realized I didn’t have my keys. I guess when I threw my keys in my purse the night before I missed and they landed on my passenger seat. I called the roadside assistance I have through my automobile insurance and was advised someone would be sent out. I received a text message shortly after advising me lewis towing 2 Inc would be coming and the estimated time of arrival would be 8:20 am. I noticed on here it stated they did not open until 8 a. m so I was pleasantly surprised when their driver showed up right at 8:00; 20 minutes before the ETA. He was friendly and got me in to my car in just a few minutes and I was on my way to work.

We broke down on the side of the road I think we blew a gas gasket and we called Lewis towing 2 inc. and Casey came to the rescue! He was able to get us to a safe haven. Thanks guys for being able to help our family out

Our driver was Kasey! What an awesome guy. Very polite and referred to me by «My Dear.» Dispatch said about an hour wait time but he was here with in 30 min!!!
I forgot to mention that the dispatcher was so sweet and kind. She was very helpful!
Both of them need a raise!!!

I have never received such amazing service like I have had on this night. My poor baby Mustang broke down and AAA sent the tow truck out to pick me and my car up. The guy was no less than amazing and a gentleman. His name was Kacy, and ladies if you are ever lucky enough to have him for a tow truck driver, he will open your door, make sure you are comfortable and make you feel like he is taking you to the prom. LOLL Seriously, he was the nicest and most knowledgeable driver I have ever had. I hope my car breaks down again, and they send him. I probably won’t be that lucky next time.

Had to call AAA. They dispatched a tow truck, the response time was excellent. Very professional, super helpful, this guy had some great recommendations in both possible places to have my car looked at or if need be great options in purchasing a car. Very easy going, could have talked all day to this guy! Thank you :-)

What a great towing service! Had a flat tire called AAA AND LEWIS TOWING was there In 15 minutes. New car so wasn’t too sure about some things asked the tow truck driver and he was great explaining so much! Was on my way very quickly! thanks Jimmy you were such a gentleman!!!

Great towing company. member AAA for Bakersfield. My Hot Rod shut down said I need a flat bed. no problem I was told. driver was at my location on under 40 min and was with a call saying they are locating a flat bed. Driver was great! My Truck was delivered quick enough for my mechanic to have my truck back to me w/​in 12 hours… happy happy.

I called Lewis Towing a day in advance to arrange towing of my sad disabled vehicle to a repair shop appt by 7am the next morning. The dispatcher was polite & informative. The «black & white» Lewis Towing flatbed was dispatched for the job. My fee was $ 55 for under 10 miles plus I included a $ 10.00 tip. Your fee may be different. Lewis Towing trucks are very clean and the drivers are professional in appearance.

A few months back, we were coming home from vacation, and stopped for gas. When I came out to start the van, it wouldn’t turn over. Tried everything I could think of. Checked battery, etc. Nothing. Called AAA and they referred me to Louie’s towing. They sent Dave out, and after a few minutes he figured out that I just needed to press the brake once to reset the van’s computer which would allow me to then start the van. It was midnight, my wife and kid were asleep, and I was very tired. He made my night by saying he wouldn’t charge me. I gave him a tip anyway. Dave, that is what I call charity, the pure love of Christ.
