Manager

T. Scott Belden is the firm’s managing partner and Bankruptcy Department practice group leader. His practice emphasizes all aspects of bankruptcy, including debtor, creditor, and trustee representation, with a focus on representing debtors in Chapter 11 reorganization cases. In addition to his bankruptcy work, he also maintains an active practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation and agricultural law. Having earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law and his MBA from Regis University, he is uniquely suited to advise distressed businesses and their creditors on means for resolving debtor-​creditor issues in and out of the bankruptcy process.
