KBS Property Management

This is the most unethical, pathetic property management company I have ever hired. Their ineptitude in managing properties is mind blowing, considering that is what their company claims to do. From little to no accounting for where your money goes, to sending (if they bother to send it at all) the rental checks MONTHS late, the company just gets worse and worse. They will not return phone calls or emails (probably because they know their unethical behavior is unacceptable) and can’t even be bothered to check on a landlord’s rental property to see if a tenant has moved in or out. It takes them months to re-​rent a home — if they get it rented at all. They also keep no accounting of charges for maintenance, evictions, etc., and appear to charge landlords whatever they feel like charging — again, all with no accounting or statements.
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone needing management of their rental properties. I cannot emphasize enough how awful my experience has been with them. I feel sorry for any clients that continue on with this awful company.
