Joseph Lopez began his career in 1993 working for BARELA which is a real estate loan servicing company handling a portfolio of over 500,000 real estate loans. In 1995 he was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson by the State of California. In 1997 he earned the GRI Designation from the Graduate of Realtor Institute, one of the top 3 designations nationwide for Realtors. In 1999 he completed the Real Estate Broker examination and became a Broker/Officer in 2000. He was the Number 1 sales broker for his company consecutively from 2001 – 2009 before relocating to the Downey area to specialize in Los Angeles Investment Properties. Still in the top 5% of the company he spends his time traveling, raising his children, and sharing his knowledge with colleagues and clients to use real estate as an investment vehicle to early retirement.

With so many choices for a Los Angeles Real Estate Agent, who do you turn to?
Well, I was fortunate to be referred to Joseph Lopez when I needed to sell a home, and his advice and negotiation tactics saved me thousands of dollars. He is knowledgeable in his field since he is a Real Estate Broker, and has purchased and sold real estate investments himself. I like that I was dealing with an agent that actually owned property and worked his business full-time. I have used him twice for the sale and purchase of property in the Los Angeles and San Bernardino areas and I’m looking to following his advice on acquiring real estate investment properties as a strategy to retirement as he has shown me.
I found Joseph to be a professional effective communicator and followed through with what he said he was going to do. He spent some time answering my questions and informing me of the process as well as the pitfalls and how to be best protected prior to entering a contract. He didn’t pressure me at all, and I can see that he loves what he does in his chosen profession.

I am writing this review in support of Joseph Lopez. My husband and I are a young couple with a vision for Real Estate ownership. After visiting countless offices and been shut down nor taken serious because of our age, we were referred by a family member to Mr. Lopez. I presented my situation and vision to Mr. Lopez, and after carefully reviewing it, he gave us hope. We carefully planned and prepared for our first purchase. Mr. Lopez was always available for support to ensure the successful transaction. We purchased our quadruplex in 2011. We are currently working with him again for our second purchase of investment property. I can say that we are very grateful for his guidance in this enormous part of our lives.
