Great service. Great sales. Just be careful because some of their clothes really shrink a lot.

I enjoyed both of my visits to this location. I worked with Alek on both visits and he gave great customer service. He answered all of my question and was very helpful in every aspect. All of the customer service reps here are great. If your looking for a great quality suit and a great staff to help you I highly recommend this place.

I went to this Joseph A Banks with the intention of buying a new sports coat; however, I was dressed down as I was wearing running shoes, running shorts and a workout shirt. The staff looked at me as I entered the business and looked less than impressed at my dress and failed to acknowledge me. Over the next 10 minutes none of the staff acknoweldged me despite glancing at me like I was some homeless person in their shop. I will not do business with them again.

Just returned from a great shopping trip to this store. Dan, the manager, spent almost two hours helping us select a suit and several coordinating shirts and ties. We have a number of events coming up for the holidays so he went through different options and combinations that were more and less formal. My boyfriend is very tall but not obese so a suit off the rack wouldn’t work. Dan put together separates that look great and even ordered a few of the items for us when he didn’t have the right size in stock. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, and Dan in particular, for any man who wants to look good in casual or formal wear.
I’m not sure why the other reviewers had such awful experiences. We were in jeans and my boyfriend was wearing a camo jacket because I had to bribe him with a trip to the shooting range afterward. No one spoke down to us. We were greeted then served promptly and courteously. Dan left us a few times to help other people but never once made us feel like we weren’t important. The other employee in the store, a young man, was friendly and seemed helpful to customers as they came in. It’s Veterans Day and there was a huge sale so our final price on a suit jacket, pants, three shirts and a tie was about half what we would have paid for a single suit. I don’t know if the employees work on commission, but I can’t imagine Dan would spend so much time helping us with such a modest purchase if he didn’t take pride in his job.

I recently experienced extremely poor customer service at this store. The young man working on Saturday (10÷3÷15) afternoon treated me in a VERY demeaning and condescending manner. I wanted purchase a corduroy sport coat for my father’s birthday. When I asked if there were any in stock, that retail sale associate didn’t move from behind the cash register and answered me with the following response, «this store does not cater to low end fabrics such as corduroy. This store only sells high end fabric coats such as silk.» I was appalled and offended and immediately left that store. Hope they realize that the store is not a haute couture boutique and merely a higher priced Men’s Warehouse.

This is my second visit to this location. I let the first visit go. But this afternoon I walked into this store and was not greeted, assisted or even acknowledged. I browsed the store and the golf shirts table caught my attention and so I browsed the product. Still, at this point I got no help. There was only one other customer in the store. That is all. There were 2 other store associates but they just kept on with their private conversation. I wanted to give this brand a try. I am a solid patron for Banana Republic, Lucky Brand, Fox Racing, Levi’s, Nike, and others. I have gone 0 – 2 at this store for customer service and overall experience.

Overall bad customer service experience… Manager Dan Duke has attitude problem. Tried give me defective piece saying problem was fixed.

This location is brand new and it is one of my favorite places to buy a suit. I love the selection here and the employee that was working is very helpful with finding what you are looking for. I will be shopping at this location from now on and Jos A Banks definately destroys anything Mens Warehouse has. They have the best prices too.
The shopping center that this place is in has been upgraded big time in the last couple years. Jos A Banks definately is an upgrade at this location.
