Infiniti Of Bakersfield

Took my G25 Journey in for an oil change today. There was a slight miscommunication and while I was checking out I mentioned it to my service adviser. He was very apologetic and took steps to be sure that I was satisfied with my service. I am greatly appreciative for the extra mile that Jose went to ensure that I was happy. He demonstrated excellent customer service, and I can say that I will enjoy a long relationship with Infiniti of Bakersfield. Thank you. Extremely impressed with the online service scheduling tool. The ease and convenience of scheduling online is the icing on the cake for this service department.

My wife and I were trying to find a luxury car at the best deal possible. Right away we were approached by an Indian gentleman named Stephen, I mention that he is Indian because he tells you lots of funny and strange stories about his heritage. Stephen at first was a nice guy, but he was just a savage. He acted like he wanted to help, but of course he just wanted to help himself. He kept saying
«I want to earn your business, I want to do your deal, I want to give you your price, how can I earn your business today, what would it take for you to buy this car today.»
I informed him right away, that I am interested in other cars, but wanted to see what infinity had in the same class and around the better price. He immediately started to show us a used car that was not anything that we requested. Working for Bill Wright Toyota for a very short time, I know that you tend to make more money on used cars. He even dropped the sticker price by 10 thousand dollars in 2 minutes. We then continued to explain that we wanted a new car, and I pointed out the one that I wanted. He said I want to give you your kind of deal. I explained to him what we were willing to pay, and then he went back and forth and his manager came in and gave the final offer. We got up and left, and then his manager came and gave us another final offer.
We accepted, and took the Carr home, the car was an infinity q50, it had a very small trunk and it was pretty low to the ground. They actually ended up taking 13,000 dollars off of the MSRP just to make the deal. We accepted the deal because the car ended up being less than 40k fully loaded, there is no way we would pay full price for that car, because it is just not that good of a car for the price. For 50k you can get so many different cars that would be better.
We went home and were reasonably satisfied, because I could sell the car in a couple days and would be ahead. Then the next day we get a call saying that we no longer qualified for the vehicle and they wanted us to get a different car. We had premium credit with great income. Come to find out they were even prepared to offer us a more expensive car, which made no sense. What Ended up happening was they offered a deal too good, and they lost too much money. It was the last day of the month and they needed one more car sale to meet a bonus, but I guess one of the other sales didn’t go thought, so they were not going to get a bonus even with the sale of the car that I bought. So on top of not getting the bonus, they also took a big loss on the deal they cut me. I assume the owner or just the general manager realized the loss and made them unwind it. I guess we probably could have fought for the car, but I don’t want to do business with people like that, and the car really had a lot to be desired.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We have had nothing but false promises with this dealership along with a car that has had nothing but problems. I will never again deal with Infiniti. Very disappointed at how they do business.

Dealership is only a couple years old but their service department is awesome. The service advisors are very friendly and informative and service techs are knowledgable and always willing to help.

Nice people at this dealership and very helpful. Love the fact that they are in the top five for customer service in the area.

These guys at the service center know the meaning of good customer service. We had a bad ending to a good camp trip. Long story short. after making over 20 calls and each of those calls being on hold for 30 minutes each and being stranded. This team made the effort to give us correct answers and were willing to stay after hours to program our key because our tow took over 6hours to arrive. Thank you Raphael, Josh and technician that did the work!!!

Caring staff, that make sure that you are taken care of. Service performed in less than 1 hour. Scheduled appointment ahead of time, and this saved a lot of time. Would recommend and will return!

I’m leasing my second vehicle from Infiniti now and my previous leased car loan was never paid off like it was supposed to be b Infiniti of bakersfield. My credit score is now affected and they are a joke! I am in the process of seeking legal advice and already made an official complaint with the complaints dept. I feel lied to and forced to be a babysitter to make sure the payoff check has been sent. I gave one star because the service dept was nice when I had used it for previous oil changes. Never doing business with Infiniti of Bakersfield again!

Been standing in the show room for over 45 minutes when promised they would be with me and 5! Feeling very ignored right now! Thank God they have great service in the service department otherwise I would never set foot in here again!
