Very lovely angelic office. I loved all of his portraits, but first of all his assistance have that face and attitude as if they do not want to be there. I was never greeted, and when steeping into a room no communication what so ever. There was only one girl who seem best all of all, Hispanic curly hair, with glasses.
His wife will sometimes walk into the office, never greeted. Not like I cared, but I would think she would represent her husband and his office.
And last, Dr. Shafic is not my type of pediatrician. Simply because you won’t get much feedback from him.
Your basically out and about coming to his office. Very little time waiting, just be prepared to have your list of questions for him, because other than that, hello, check, and ta-​ta.

The staff is usually very polite and good with children, I’m particularly fond of the receptionist. But my biggest complaint is not getting much feedback from the doctor himself. He doesn’t really say much outside of «Hi, how are you?» or «here’s your prescription.» No explanation or feedback. Not to say he isn’t polite, he really is, but I’d like a little more detail. I always leave feeling brushed off.

Good service — they get you in at your scheduled appt. time &get you right out. He does not communicate very well so make sure you ask what’s what But fastest service I’ve ever had. Exactly what you need when you have a cranky baby.
