Clean Stride

Called clean stride to clean our carpets before our newborn arrives. Our carpets are all white and very worn, used looking with many spills. Wasn’t expecting for every stain to come out I didn’t have high hopes about having white carpet again just thought it would at least be clean.
Little did I know when Brian was done his work made a huge difference most of the pet stains and ugly black spots looked like carpet again! He even cleaned our rug that our dog likes to poop on every so often! Soo happy with his work!
Our house not only looks brighter and cleaner it also smells better.
Def will be using them again!

Clean Stride is my therapy.
Any time I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed with cleaning the house, I call these folks. It’s certainly cheaper than a trip to the therapist and a bottle of Xanax.
Clean Stride services both home and office, and I’ve been lucky enough to use them for both. They’ve always been on time, professional, and courteous. But most importantly, I can trust them in my home.
We have two Beagles that are runners, and it’s not often I find someone I can trust to enter my house without me home and not fear my dogs running away. This is a big deal to me.
I’ll go ahead and say it, but I’m OCD about fine details, especially cleaning. I expect baseboards to be spotless and door handles to be shining — I have high expectations, and Clean Stride always delivers.
Of course if you want extra things done, like blinds and windows, there’s an additional charge. But this is no surprise, and is typical with most cleaners. So if you want this done, ask in advance.
I’ve recommended Clean Stride to all my friends and family, including my own sister who is more meticulous about cleaning than me. Everyone has been fully satisfied.

Decided to get my carpets cleaned after my two year old decided to dump my wife’s craft paints all over the rooms upstairs.
As they said, they’d do their best with it.
Now when I say all over, i really mean all over. There were two rooms that you could see hardly any carpet, just fluorescent colored paint.
They got 90% of the stain up, which honestly, is way better than I thought they’d do.
After being happy with their carpet service, I decided to give a go at their maid service and had my house cleaned.
Very happy with the cleaning, and will be signing up for the monthly service.

I have no words to express how great full I am to Clean Stride and their crew. We have been remodeling our house getting it ready to sell. I was very overwhelmed with the work I needed to do to get the house ready. Clean stride came in and cleaned it from top to bottom, including polishing the brass hand rails on the staircase and the brass chimney. I went into my granddaughters room her bed was made and all the stuffed animals were fixed so cute. They also cleaned the carpets, tile and power washed the deck. Besides the excellent job the whole crew was so friendly. I am going to have them come once a week until we move, I have never had someone clean my house, well count me in now. I really can’t say enough about this company! They make my crazy busy life tolerable. Coming home to a clean house and clean carpets is the best. They are prompt and tedious when it comes to cleaning. Also, always willing to do extra needed things like cleaning out the refrigerator. It takes a lot to keep up with my house full of teenagers and Clean Stride helps make that possible and has been for over 5 years! Thank You

I would like to thank Brian for his assistance. My father had an accident which caused quite a large a large blood stain on the carpet in the master bedroom. A family member had recommended and gave Brian. He came out to the house that evening to see what he could do. I initially thought he was there just to give me an estimate. To my surprise he was eager to attack the situation right then. He went work straight away and in no time he had the area disinfected and he had all the blood sucked up and cleaned. I could not have asked for better results. I would absolutely recommend Clean Stride as Brain’s work ethic is top notch. I plan to have Clean Stride out to clean the carpets in the entire house.

Just used this company for the first time upon the recommendation of my neighbor. Brian was very professional, arrived on time which is important to me, did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in our entire home, and cleaned up the work area when he was finished with the job. Our carpets were in serious need of cleaning and Brian was able to get them back in pristine condition. He even made some good suggestions based on his professional experience. The transition from the living room carpet to kitchen tile had become untucked and unsightly. Brian took it upon himself to stretch the carpet back into place and get it tucked back under the tile at no extra charge. What an awesome work ethic. I would highly recommend Clean Stride for any carpet cleaning job!

This business owner is apparently working under another business name as well. Not sure why the owner would ask for her checks be made out to her personally since we hired north west janitorial. The husband and wife owners act like you commit a crime by bringing problems to their attention. They’ll try to blame you. So that’s why I decided to take pictures.
They were hired for a specific time, once weekly cleaning. They were almost never on time since picking up more clients. The owner felt like she could send her crew over whenever she wanted. The owner herself set bad example for her cleaning crew to be sloppy. Totally unprofessional, sloppy, not on time, the cleaning crew is always right mentality. Crew doesn’t speak English.
If you want your cleaning job done right don’t hire these people. I had some areas redone once and I might as well have done it myself. It was another sloppy job because the owners came over in street clothes and brought their child. I could go on but there are better things to do. Hire at your own risk!
