Chase Bank

Saturday at 1pm. There are about 20 people in line (one of which includes myself) and only 2 tellers on the floor. There is a friendly assistant manager that greets people while they get in line. The solution would be for the assistant manager or some of the other loan officers to reposition themselves to handle all the customers waiting in line. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes (and still not close to the teller window) a mother and her children just left.
The assistant manager JUST opened up a drawer. As one of the tellers left. So we’re still at 2 people. It took nearly 30 minutes of waiting plus more people coming in to do this?
This is the last straw. After multiple rude experiences from various Chase locations (one of which includes Palmdale, CA next to the Antelope Valley Mall), I’m switching banks to Wells Fargo. Apparently, the rumor is true — Chase hasn’t been doing so well. I can see why.

Very friendly and polite tellers. There is one banker that has helped me out various times, she has always gone above in beyond in her costumer service.
It annoys me that there always seems to be people asking you for money in the parking lot.

The only thing nice about this place is the drive up window, That’s it! They are rude, make you Waite long, charge you $ 34 fees & put holds your money. The last 3 times i had to call the branch for them to release my funds. I will be changing banks…
DON’T BANK WITH THEM!

Just came from the drive-​up window. A Guy took my cards for withdraw and my request of a $ 50.00 bill. I had to say it three times for him to get it. I then check-​in on my Foursquare app. I waited and waited and waited while the next lane seemed to be moving normally. I finally say HELLOOOOO what happened to my SIMPLE $ 50 withdraw? Now a girl was at the window. Idk wtf happened in there but its like my stuff was forgotten. Then she gives me money that was NOT the $ 50.00 Bill that I requested! I told her OMG I’ve really been waiting here for 12 minutes while the other lane is moving and my transaction was SO SIMPLE! She said sorry their systems were down. Ok first, don’t LIE to me, the next lane was normal. 2^nd I saw you ladies being chatty when you were supposed to be helping customers. 3^rd, this used to be my quick Chase Bank. now the past 3 times have been HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! Get your ish straight!

I almost always go through the drive-​thru here, every now and then the ATM if the drive-​thru is closed. Drive-​thru banking is like one of the greatest ideas ever, I’m never disappointed when I come here, the tellers are always friendly.

Kinda forced to go here when they took over washington mutual. Clean business and friendly staff. There financing department has some issues, especially with active military payments.
