Dont contact them for any type of service ! They are rude and very unproffessional. If u live in an apartment and have it cleaned they will tell your property manager how «damaged» it was. Only to have ur WHOLE carpet in apt replaced when you move out. Try another carpet cleaner !!! No stars deserved.
