I’ve attended their dermatology department a few times now and no complaints. I was seen by Tina Moussally, who was very helpful and patient along with the rest of the staff.

I had my first mammogram done here today. I’m 35 and small chested so prior to this experience the Internet led me to believe this was going to be a mildly painful to very painful experience. It really wasn’t that bad at all and this facility was great. I was checked in really quickly. Someone from the admin desk at the front building personally walked me over to the correct building. I waited very briefly in the waiting room, maybe two minutes and then was called back. I changed in a private area and waited another two minutes there. The tech, Linda, was very nice and professional. Most importantly she was efficient and didn’t keep me there any longer than necessary. She explained everything I needed to know and made me feel as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. I’m also happy to report that it was not a painful experience and now all I have is a dull ache but nothing some ibuprofen couldn’t handle.

I can’t say this is place is all bad. They do check you in quickly and usually call you back after only a short wait. But must everyone sit in the same big room to have chemotherapy? My blouse has to be partially open in order to hook up the tubing to my port — so I would love a little privacy. But that’s impossible as they have all the chairs in one big room where everyone sees everyone else. After being positioned in the lounger where I’ll receive my chemo, a nurses-​aid comes around and asks me personal questions about body functions — within earshot of all the other patients. I’ve told the nurses a dozen times that I’m allergic to Betadine solution, but they try to use it to clean my portacath site every time I go — apparently no one reads my chart. Most of the staff are friendly enough, but if I ask for privacy or anything that isn’t in their routine, I’m treated like a trouble maker. CBCC might treat the patient’s cancer — but they ignore the patient’s feelings. It’s hard enough going through this difficult time in my life without feeling as if I’m just one of many cattle being herded through…

Works like a well oiled machine, in a good way.
Very large space, multiple branches with lots of departments. Always very clean and organized.
They get you checked in promptly, seen promptly and have someone specific to help you with any area of your visit. Even their phone answering system is easy to navigate. I’ve never been on hold for long or been connected to the wrong person.
I’ve had to visit CBCC once a week for roughly the past year and it has been pleasant and professional every time.

This used to be my home away from home. I recieved excellent treatment for my breast cancer here. There is a large yet wonderful staff at CBCC everyone having a hand in making it a comfortable caring place. Thank you for all you do Dr Patel and All the Employees n Volunteers.
