Baby’s First Photos

This was our first time here for my sisters 1^st baby. First time walking in there the first thing you see are the dirty couches. You would think they could afford better looking furniture. It looks like they picked it up off the street. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. The ultrasound tech was rude and looked like she was miserable doing her job (blonde girl). People come here happy and excited and she just brought the whole mood of the experience down. Definitely going to look for a better place to get the next ultrasound done when she turns 20 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff here was so super nice and the lady tried so hard to get my sister in law in position where we could get a clear shot of the baby’s face. Unfortunately, the umbilical cord was in the way no matter what she tried, but we got some partial glimpses and I definitely think it’s a great service they offer. They offered a reschedule appointment I believe it was at no charge.

Best price. Very clean office. Sweet technicians very knowledgeable. They put your baby on a giant flat screen and take the time to get great photos! AND they gave me a bunch of free mommie swag! Go herr !!!

Awesome place. I was treated so nicely and the video of the baby is awesome. Such a nice change than just the docs office. It was comfortable and the staff was excellent. They concealed the sex for me as I was having a gender reveal party that night. They were able to find the gender at 15 weeks. Professional and sweet, I’ll be back tons more.

Very flexible with appointments, I didn’t have to wait weeks to visit them. There was a little waiting before going in, but that’s because they really really make an effort on capturing baby.
The room where ultrasound took place is pretty big and relaxing. They have sofas, chairs, and a big projecter. They play nice lullabies, nice comfy bed, and lady was super cool, and did everything it took to get the best out of my visit.

I love this place! And the staff is super sweet too! I came here last minute as a walk in appointment at 39 weeks. yeah, super late :/​but my Doctor hadn’t given me an ultrasound in 3 months! I wish I came here earlier in my pregnancy! The ultrasound tech was a sweetheart and really knew what she was doing and made my experience something me and my boyfriend will never forget. She was very patient too, since our Babygirl kept covering her face. They have a big screen on a projector in a large room, one small tv for dad, and of course the monitor where you and the tech can see. I highly recommend this place! My pictures came out AMAZING! They made the end of my pregnancy even more special with my pictures :)

We went here with my son pretty early in my pregnancy in 2012 and they were able to tell it was a boy! My son was sleeping and not wanting to move around a lot and they were able to get him to show the goodies :) I was very happy with this place as I went to a different 3d/​4d place in town when pregnant with my daughter and didn’t have the best experience. Baby’s first photos has excellent staff and their ultrasound techs really know what they’re doing. I loved the big screen they have on the wall and how comfortable they made not only me but my husband also.
They have a great gift bag with lots of coupons and samples that are actually really useful. They were also very easy to make an appointment with, and we went the day after Thanksgiving and I was shocked to get an appointment within hours of calling. I was referred to them by my doctor who knows I have no patience and needed to know the sex right away lol. They have lots of options for packages from the small gender reval to extensive packages all for a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone wanting a really good quality ultrasound with qualified technicians for a great price! I am really excited to see them again in a few weeks with baby #3 and with my sister in law for her first!

I went to Baby’s First Photo last yr, when a good friend that recently had a baby recommended them. I had went to my regular doctor and unfortunately he wasn’t able to tell what I was having yet, I was about a wk away from knowing. We were of course dying to know, as we were going on a family reunion trip and wanted to have our 9mo old daughter announce the sex of our baby on a special shirt we were going to have made. We arrived at Baby’s First photo, complete with my oldest son, my daughter, and my nephew in tow. The place was amazing, comfortable, clean, very affordable and the best Customer Service I have had in awhile. The wait was short and the room was so nice, dark, soft music was playing and The tec definitely knew what she was doing. They couldn’t see at 1^st, so I did one safe floor exercise and then baaaam there it was clear as day a picture of our beautiful baby boy! what a moment that was I cried. The video & Pics came out perfect. We went straight to the mall had the shirt made and it was flawless. I will always recommend them to anyone who is having a baby!!!
