They were very prompt and honest. The repairman told us the water faucet could not be repaired and that it should be replaced. The repairman did not charge us for his time. It was nice to have a pleasant and honest experience with a repair company!

The contractor informed me he would need to cut out a small 1’x1’ section in the ceiling in order to repair the pipe. They located the pipe through the attic so should’ve known where to cut however that wasn’t the case. My complaint is the contractor cut a 3′ x 8″ section out of the ceiling only to find out he cut it in the wrong place. He then cut another section 2’x8″ out of my ceiling just south of the first which happen to be the right section to cut to get to the pipe. He informed me that they do not fix the ceiling but he also told me he was only going to cut a small 1’x1’ section out of my wall. Now, because he cut larger section and two I might add, I am in for over $ 500 to fix what he damaged. After discussing this with the plumber, he stated he was going to have someone take care of it and apologized. Today, I received a phone call from him and he stated the owner told him not to do anything and they were not going to take care of it. I contacted the owner and he told me they fixed the leak and that’s that, and hung up on me. They did fix the leak; it was a small pinhole and they replaced it with a flex hose. They charged me $ 50 for this hose which cost $ 5, and $ 200 for putting holes in my ceiling.
FYI: The older gentleman and lady that answer the phone and state they’re only dispatch are actually the owners. They just don’t like to talk with there customers, only collect for poor workmanship.

My family and I just moved into a home and just a few days ago water began to leak in the hallway bathroom ceiling, primarily from the vent & exhaust vent. I have a Home Warranty and called to register a claim for a plumbing issue and they notified me that Alpha Omega Plumbing will be servicing my claim.
Even though they originally were booked up for the day, they were able to come out and service my issue which turned out to be a clogged condensate line which drains from the A/​C to the sewer drain.
The tech came out, assessed the issue and went into the attic to unclog the pipe rather quickly. I also had questions regarding my garbage disposal in which the tech provided me some insight on the brand of disposal I currently have. He also provided me with instructions on how to replace it if I ever wanted a much more quieter disposal.
The Customer Service provided and services rendered to me were good. They did not go above and beyond nor did they disappoint so I really wanted to rate 3.5 stars but Unilocal wouldn’t allow that.
If I should every have an issue again, I know my Home Warranty utilizes this company so it is good to know they know what they are doing.

These people are unbelievable! They tried to charge me $ 1472 to replace a water heater! I think it’s because I am a woman they thought they could take advantage of my situation. Very disappointing! My mama didn’t raise no fool! I have another well known and respected Bakersfield company doing it for $ 500.
