History
Established in 1981.
Windermere Bainbridge was formed by Edward Kushner. It was one of the first five Windermere Offices. Windermere Bainbridge has been the top office in sales on the island since the mid 80’s. The office ownership changed hands in 2001 to Jim Laws. The office has maintained it’s lead of island real estate sales by stressing experience, knowledge and the highest level of service in the industry.

James L.
Business Owner
Jim has been with Windermere since 1983. He owned Windermere Property Management, which specialized in residential, commerical and development management services from 1986 to 2001. He then took control of Windermere Bainbridge. He has been a resident of Bainbridge Island since the 1974. He has a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a MBA from the University of Washington.
