Learning Tools offers programs for learning & correcting dyslexia (language arts), dysgraphia (handwriting), dyscalculia (math), ADD/​ADHD (attention). Programs that empower dyslexics to use their natural talents to learn.

History

Established in 2014.

Sophia is married and has two sons, her youngest is dyslexic and through him her journey of understanding the gifts of dyslexia began. The Davis Program was such a positive experience for her son, it gave him his self-​esteem back, and it put him on the path for academic success. After a number of years of encouraging other families to try the program and seeing their childrens positive results after going through the program, Sophia undertook the endeavor to become a trained facilitator herself. «This is an extremely powerful program; I am so thankful to Ron Davis and proud to carry on his work. I love every minute of working with my students and better yet, I am providing them with tools to meet their goals.»

Business Owner

Sophia grew up in Alaska and attended the School for International Training in Vermont for a Bachelors in International Studies. It was during her years in Vermont that Sophia developed a passion for languages, cultures, and environmental sustainability. She has worked internationally with refugees and in health education, as well as serving in the Peace Corps. Since Sophia has returned to the United States, she has worked in social services and Waldorf education.
